Han means inclusion. The window contains the snow of Qianqiu in Xiling, which means that my window contains the snow accumulated in Minshan Mountain for millions of years.
The poem comes from "Quatrains" by Du Fu, a poet of the Tang Dynasty. The original text is as follows:
Two orioles sing in the green willows, and a row of egrets ascends to the blue sky.
The window contains Qianqiu snow of Xiling, and the door is docked with a ship thousands of miles away from Dongwu.
The vernacular translation is that two orioles sang gracefully among the green willow trees, and a neat group of egrets rushed straight into the blue sky. Sitting in front of the window, I can see the snow that never melts all year round on the west ridge, and the ships that have traveled thousands of miles away from Soochow are moored in front of the door.

Poetry background
The poem was written in the spring of the second year of Emperor Guangde of the Tang Dynasty (764). In the first year of Baoying's reign (762), Emperor Suzong of the Tang Dynasty, Yin Yanwu from Chengdu entered the dynasty, and turmoil broke out in central Sichuan. Du Fu once fled to Zizhou (which governs present-day Santai, Sichuan). The Anshi Rebellion was put down the following year, and a year later, Yan Wu returned to Chengdu to suppress Shu again.
When Du Fu learned about this old friend, he also returned to the thatched cottage in Chengdu. At this time, Du Fu was in a particularly comfortable mood. Facing the vibrant scene, he couldn't help but happily wrote this set of poems about the scene.
