No matter how old the children are, parents always have the right to influence their children about filial piety and human feelings in our traditional culture. In the United States, parents will not care too much about their children after they are 18 years old and give them the right to live freely, no matter how good or bad.

What China's parents call telling their children what to do in their eyes is actually the embodiment of their parents' love. They don't want their children to experience too many setbacks, and hope that their children can spend their lives safely, so they always tell their experiences, and their children always hinder what they do, because their rich life experiences may think that their children are wrong or cheated, and they don't want their children to take more detours, so they will do this.
