Cang Kejia's Poetry

Cang Kejia's poems include refugees.

Excerpt from Refugees:

The sun set into the nest, and the wings of the returning crow were not completely dissolved at dusk. Strange roads and dusk without home have brought this group of people to this ancient town. Heavy shadows, rooted on both sides of the street, are clustered like grain piles in the suburbs in autumn, quiet and lonely, supporting a huge desolation. Weird clothes full of dust tell their origins, and their faces with shadows tell their situation.

Excerpts from Trouble:

Thanks to our enemies. He pities your soul that is about to rust into mud. He wakes you up with gunfire, inspires you with a charge, pierces your chest with a bayonet, and makes your heart ache with blood red. You died with a clear heart.

Excerpts from Charcoal Ghost:

Ghosts are watching, and they are scared to death. It is strange that someone lives in it. Before they went in, they still used their fingerprints to write down their wishes on the documents of life and death. Without the sun and the moon, day and night become a line, living only to fight against charcoal. When did you form an incomprehensible hatred?
