I and my motherland have the following lyrics:
I and my motherland cannot be separated for a moment. Wherever I go, there is a hymn. I sing every mountain, and I sing every river. Smoke curled up from the kitchen, a small village, and a road. My dearest motherland, I will always cling to your heart, and you will tell me with your mother's pulse.
My motherland and I are like a sea and a spray. The wave is the son of the sea, and the sea is the support of that wave. Whenever the sea smiles, I am the vortex of laughter. I share the sorrow and joy of the sea. My dearest motherland, you are the sea that will never dry up. Give it to me forever, the blue sky and clear waves, the song in my heart, my motherland and I can't be separated for a moment.
wherever I go, there is a hymn. I sing every mountain and every river. Smoke curled up from the kitchen, a small village, and a road. My dearest motherland, I will always cling to your heart. Give it to me forever, the blue waves are clear, the songs in my heart are always given to me, the blue waves are clear, the songs in my heart.
Creation background
My People,My Country was composed by Qin Yongcheng, and then written by Zhang Li. The fate of their cooperation began with the violin solo Poem on the Seaside written by Qin Yongcheng in 1962. At that time, Zhang Li was deeply homesick by this work, which was unforgettable for years.
In the summer of p>1983, Zhang Li invited Qin Yongcheng to be a guest in Beijing, and asked Qin Yongcheng to write another work with the same mood and rhythm as Poems on the Seaside, and Zhang Li would write lyrics after the melody was finished. Zhang Li thinks that "Poems on the Seaside" is very well written, but there is a key shift in it, so many people can't sing well. Let Qin Yongcheng write another popular song that people can sing at home.
