197 1 year's summer, Gu Cheng, who was only 15 years old, wrote this "Fantasia of Life" in the sand with his fingers. A few years later, it was published in a Beijing tabloid called Dandelion. People were amazed and tens of thousands of newspapers were snapped up. Gu Cheng, who was still very young at that time, bought a hundred dandelions in one breath and ran happily in the street with them.
As the title shows, this is a fantasy related to life-the poet seeks the meaning of life through a fantasy journey. The whole poem is divided into two parts. In the first part, the poet fantasizes about using shells as boats and morning mist as sails, rippling in the blue sky. Because there is no purpose, it is pulled by the sun with a "strong light rope" and pushed by the wind from east to west. After a day and a night, I still feel confused and don't know where to go, because "the universe is so boundless"-at this time, the sky (compared to the ocean by the poet) has been "dark clouds" and "lightning and thunder", suggesting the failure of my search and my inner loss and hesitation.
In the second part, the author begins to fantasize again. This time, "I" took the cradle as a car and time as a horse, bringing "inspiration and heart"-different from "Phantom and Dream" in the first film. This means that "I" decided to look for it with my heart and feelings. In this trip, "I" came into contact with a more microscopic and better world-thyme and wild chrysanthemum are fragrant, and crickets are shaking their strings. I am sure that I have chosen the right direction and have hope, but the world is still so vast and unpredictable-the night is like a valley/the day is like a peak. In order not to be disturbed, I decided to "close my eyes" and be completely faithful to my inner feelings. Next, "I" continue to search persistently. Even if the horse of time falls and the bird of peace comes (implying that life stops), I will still "travel around the world". However, since life has stopped, why can we print our footprints all over the earth? This is the meaning of life I am looking for. I want to make the value of life longer than life itself-I want to sing/a human song/in the universe after the Millennium.
In the second search, the poet realized that art is the only way to realize his life value. Gu Cheng's father is also a poet. Influenced by his father, Gu Cheng loved poetry creation since childhood. 1969, Gu Cheng's family was sent to a desolate village in the northeast of Shandong Province, where Gu Cheng's juvenile life began. In this regard, Gu Cheng later wrote in the article "Sunshine in Youth": "Survival needs temperature. My task is to find firewood in the bare wasteland. The land in the north is vast and the sky is magical. This great pressure often forces me to stay still for a long time and think about some strange poems. Often meditate and run home as if afraid that some precious seeds will be blown away by the wind. At that time, my greatest pleasure was to write down the world in my heart under the polished oil lamp. "
Gu Cheng's feelings and thoughts in this fantasy of life were verified in his later years. Gu Cheng regards poetry creation as his life's mission, and his poems such as One Generation and Far and Near are widely sung. Maybe thousands of years later, his "footprint" will still remain on the earth. (Author: Jiang Dong)
