Wang Shuo, born on August 23rd, 1958, is a writer and screenwriter in China.

/kloc-started writing in 0/978, and published several novels, such as Playing is Heartbeat, Seeing Beautiful, Animals Fierce, Ignorance and Fearlessness. He has published Collected Works of Wang Shuo and Selected Works of Wang Shuo. His villain performance is also deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. His early novels, poems and literary works are all based on the growth experience of his own army's "miscellaneous courtyard", but his later novels have formed a unique style, with popular dialogue and vitality, and the narrative language is mainly banter and irony, mocking the authoritative discourse and the elite status of intellectuals. Later, he entered the film and television industry, and the TV series "Haima Ballroom" and "The Story of the Editorial Department" were very successful.

In 2007, Wang Shuo ranked sixth in the list of the second richest writers in China in 2007 with a royalty income of 5 million yuan, which aroused widespread concern.

Representative works include: Playing with a heartbeat, Looking Beautiful, Animals Are Fierce, Ignorance is Fearless, Letter to My Daughter, My Chitose Cold and Wang Shuo's Works.

1958 Wang Shuo was born in Nanjing and his ancestral home is Xiuyan, Liaoning. Shortly after his birth, he followed his parents and settled in a military compound in the suburbs of Beijing. He is a real "new" Beijinger (not an old Beijinger in an alley). When Wang Shuo was young, he lived in a military compound. What the children do every day is just group fighting, but that free day left a deep impression on Wang Shuo. His later novella Beast (once adapted into the film Sunny Days) was written about the feelings at that time.

1965 studied at Beijing Cuiwei Primary School. 197 1 studied at Beijing dongmencang primary school.

1972 studied in Beijing 164 middle school, during which she had direct communication with the language in Beijing. Before that, he knew little about Beijing culture. 1975 borrowed from Taiyuan No.5 Middle School.

1976 took part in the "April 5th" incident with the belief that everyone has his own responsibilities, and was imprisoned for three months for being framed by others. In the summer of the same year, he graduated from Beijing No.44 Middle School (but actually he didn't have much classes in high school).

End a military career

Photo of Wang Shuo participating in the activity 1977 Joining the PLA Navy. Trained as a pilot in Jimo, Shandong at the end of the year. In the army, he is an ordinary "steering soldier", a hygienist and even a cook. After three months' training, by chance, Wang Shuo was sent to Qingdao and entered the military hospital to study health worker technology. After studying for half a year, I worked as a health worker on a naval degaussing ship.

1978, the navy was reorganized, and Wang Shuo changed to a military warehouse as a health worker. While working in the warehouse, Wang Shuo wrote his first novel, Waiting, which was published in theNo. 1 1 issue of PLA Literature and Art.

1980, worked as a literary social worker in the People's Liberation Army for several months, then retired to Beijing and worked as a salesman in the drug wholesale store of Beijing Pharmaceutical Company. Business experience

Wang Shuo 1983 resigned from a pharmaceutical company and tried to do business, but it was not very successful.

1983 resigned and made a living by writing.

Since then, Wang Shuo has written several works on military themes, but the response is not great. In the meantime, he tried to do business. Not only did I not make any money, but I also experienced many feelings of being cheated. This experience of trying to make money was later recorded in the Rubber Man (adapted into the film Panting) and other works. When his business failed, he began to create in idleness again.
