Scholars, they are still afraid of losing the wise men in the world." It can be seen from this that he attaches great importance to talents and can't wait to receive the wise men who come to see them, for fear of missing out. Sometimes, when the wise man arrives while he is bathing or eating, he will immediately stand up, hold up his hair again and again, spit out the food in his mouth, and sincerely receive the wise man. "The Duke of Zhou spits out food, and the world returns to its heart." This famous sentence in Cao Cao's "Dan Ge Xing" can be said to express the infinite admiration of future generations for the Duke of Zhou.

Afterwards, Shi Jue lured Zhou Xu and Shi Hou to the State of Chen to behead them, and welcomed Prince Jin as King of Wei. People at that time praised Shi Que's righteous act of killing his relatives. Zuo Qiu Ming, a historian in the Spring and Autumn Period, called Shi Que: "Killing one's relatives for the sake of righteousness is a truly pure minister!"

Jiang Yan: Jiang Yan, a Liang writer in the Southern Dynasties, was well-written and well-educated. He was poor and studious since he was a child. Different paintings of good and bad luck, transformed into sixty-four hexagrams and lines: refers to the different symbols of each hexagram in the "Book of Changes", transformed into sixty-four hexagrams with different good and bad luck, used to symbolize various natural and human phenomena.

After reading three Chinese enlightenment books, "Three Character Classic", "Thousand Character Essay" and "Li Weng Duiyun", I feel that "Three Character Classic" preaches too much, and "Thousand Character Essay" is influenced by "a thousand different characters". "Limited by the limitations of "Qianbai Shunda" is not satisfactory, "Li Weng Dui Yun" is better. It not only has its own beauty but is also truly entertaining and educational. It is the favorite of my friend who is not a child.

Similar to "Li Weng's Duiyun" there is also a book called "Rhythm Enlightenment", which was compiled by Che Wanyu, a Jinshi during the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty. Jinshi, who are selected through county, provincial and national examinations, can participate in the palace examination and strive for the top spot. They are undoubtedly talented and knowledgeable.

Coincidentally, Li Yu, the author of "Li Weng Duiyun", was also from the Kangxi period, but he had no fame and was a folk dramatist.

One lives in a temple and the other is immersed in the world. They also compile children's enlightenment books. What's the difference between them? The more I think about it, the more I look forward to it, so let’s come and experience it!

I don’t know much about the pronunciation. I only know that it reads pleasantly and smoothly. It follows the format established by the ancients. I might as well learn from it this time.

Compared with "Li Weng Duiyun", which has 2-4 paragraphs per rhyme, "Rhyme Enlightenment" has 3 paragraphs per rhyme, and the basic format of each paragraph is:

- Flat to square, square to square. 廄廄 versus 平平.

Ping Ping is against Ping Ping, and Ping Ping is against Ping Ping.

- 平廄廄, 廄平平. 廄廄 versus 平平.

Flat, flat, flat, flat.

- 廄仄平平仄仄,

平平任仄仄平平.

- 廄仄平平, 仄仄平平仄仄;

平平任仄, 平平任仄仄平平.

Dizzy...same as before. Put this pattern aside and first learn what "flat" is and what "square" is. After some investigation, it turns out...it's quite simple!

Ping and Qi are the tones of words used in Chinese poetry. "Ping" refers to straightness, and "Zi" refers to twists and turns. According to rhyme books such as "Qie Yun" and "Guang Yun" revised from the Sui Dynasty to the Song Dynasty, Medieval Chinese is summarized into Ping, Shang, Qu, and Ru according to the pitch, rise and fall, and length of the sounds (different from our modern Chinese pinyin four tones) The four tones are classified in a binary manner. Except for the flat tone, the other three tones are collectively called the oblique tone.

When we were young, we learned to call the four tones "āáǎà" in modern Mandarin Chinese Pinyin the first, second, third and fourth tones. In fact, they have professional titles. The first tone is called Yinping or flat tone; the second tone is called Yangping or rising tone; the third tone is called Shangsheng or Shangyin; the fourth tone is called Qu tone or Qu tone. In this comparison, the first and second tones in our Mandarin are "ping", and the third and fourth tones are "廄". Is not it simple! (The "ru" sound in Medieval Chinese has been incorporated into other tones.)

Our country has a vast territory, a mixture of ethnic groups, countless dialects, and even more diverse accents. It is not so easy to distinguish between flat and oblique. Thinking of Daiyu teaching Xiangling to learn poetry:

We beginners must remember not to be bound by things like melodies and rhymes.
