Lin (1904— 1955), a native of Hangzhou, is Lin Juemin's cousin. 192 1 began to publish new poems, with a special preference for modern painting, sculpture and drama. 1923 joined the crescent society and became an important member and organizer. Lin's literary creation includes novels, poems, essays and plays. Her essays are few in number, but unique in style, such as Mourning Mo, Out of the Window, A ray of sunshine and so on. The writing is concise, vivid and knowledgeable. Her poetry is the greatest achievement. Her poetry combines some expressions of China's classical poetry and western aestheticism, such as Autumn, This Autumn, You are an April Day on earth and so on. Lin's influence also lies in that she was the host of "Mrs. Living Room" art salon in 1930s. She not only uses her own works, but also exerts influence on young people, academia and society with her own charm.
