Recently I have been imitating poetry in classical Chinese. But I don’t know why my imitation level has never been improved.
When it comes to imitating classical Chinese poetry, I can spend an entire afternoon writing just one imitation (no exaggeration at all). I don't know how to write it. You can say I don't know whether to imitate the theme or the sentence structure. No idea at all.
But the last time I wrote Jinse, I started writing it when the teacher started assigning homework. But found it difficult. Since I don’t have a topic, I thought a lot about which topic to start writing about. For example: youth, starry sky, childhood, memories, etc. Finally, I decided to write Jin Se because of Li Shangyin's poem "Jin Se". So the formal writing began.
I thought about the first sentence for a long time, thinking about "Jian Jia" while thinking about how to write it. I didn’t finish writing until after dinner. I really think it is easy to imitate, but it is difficult to imitate poems about classical Chinese. The teacher's comment is: It's almost close to the requirements. I will revise it rhetorically to express my emotions accurately.
Today the teacher assigned me to imitate "The Inscription on the Humble Room" or "The Book of Commandments". This time there is a title, so there is no need to think about it. I don’t know why when the teacher assigned this assignment, I immediately chose “Inscription on a Humble Room”. Probably because I think I can express my emotions better.
After repeated revisions, I finally finished it. Hope it meets the requirements this time. come on! I must study more poetry in classical Chinese in the future. However, first of all, you must be able to translate vernacular into classical Chinese. I think I can't write well because I don't know any other words in classical Chinese except the classical Chinese in my Chinese language book and some basic words. This imitation assignment contains the classical Chinese text Chu.
I don’t know how to express the word environment in classical Chinese. I can only look it up on Baidu. I hope that next time I imitate, I can write classical Chinese without searching Baidu.
come on!
