How many kinds of carbohydrates are there? Which is suitable for losing weight.
Classification of carbohydrate food:
1. Slow carbohydrate food: The blood entering speed is relatively slow (low glucose rising), the fluctuation range of blood sugar is relatively gentle, and the stimulation of insulin secretion is relatively small and slow. Common slow carbohydrates are coarse grains such as brown rice, oats, corn, taro, pumpkin and buckwheat, and various low-sugar fruits such as grapefruit, avocado and small tomato.
2. Fast carbohydrate food: Fast blood entry (high glucose) can make blood sugar rise rapidly and stimulate more insulin secretion.
Common fast carbohydrate foods include rice, noodles, steamed stuffed buns and rice flour products, as well as durian, litchi, longan, mango and other fruits with high sugar content.
3. Inferior carbohydrate: fast blood entry (high glucose), which may be accompanied by high oil mixing, can make blood sugar rise rapidly and insulin fluctuate greatly. Common low-quality carbohydrate foods: cakes, sweets, potato chips, fried dough sticks, ice cream, French fries and various mixed foods of sugar and oil.
4. Priority recommendation: During the fat-reducing period, when you can eat carbohydrate food, give priority to slow carbohydrate food, choose fast carbohydrate food less, and never choose inferior carbohydrate food.
