Qixi legend
Legend has it that the Weaver Girl is the daughter of the Emperor of Heaven and is good at weaving, while the Cowherd is a kind and hardworking shepherd boy. Meet and fall in love on both sides of the galaxy. However, the Emperor of Heaven did not allow the love between man and heaven, so he brought the Weaver Girl back to the Heavenly Palace, so that the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl could never meet again.
Cowherd is heartbroken. A clever cow told the cowherd that he could make a pair of magic shoes with horns, and after putting them on, he could fly to the sky to see the Weaver Girl. The cowherd made a pair of magic shoes according to the cow's instructions and successfully flew into the sky. The Cowherd and the Weaver Girl met on the Milky Way and had a wonderful time. However, the Emperor of Heaven found out all this and was furious. In order to prevent the two from meeting, the Emperor of Heaven formed a turbulent Tianhe on the day when the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl met, separating them.
