Education needs love, and children are eager for love. When I am engaged in education and teaching, I feel more and more deeply that only by dedicating love to children and filling my career with love is the best thing we can really give to students. Nowadays, children watch a lot and listen a lot. It is not easy to arouse interest. Sometimes they are really confused: "Children, what should I attract you?" Without interest, there will be no positive learning attitude and high learning enthusiasm. How to make the classroom attractive? How to make the class truly accepted by children's hearts? In teaching practice, I tried my best to find the answer, and finally realized that love is the source for me and my children to study happily and live in harmony. Classroom routines and good study habits are the prerequisite for doing a good job in classroom teaching. However, when I walked into the classroom and saw every child talking and doing other things happily, I thought: If I yell loudly, many students will be shocked by me, but some will continue. If you think that by silently watching, you will let them stop, then you will be disappointed. If you don't talk and don't move, they will play again for a long time. Only by respecting students can we educate them. Without respect, there can be no real education. Seeing this scene, I will smile and say to them, "You don't want to have class today. If you can manage yourself well, I will invite you to study together." Curiosity soon calmed them down. In carefully designed games, they actively participate in learning, from which they feel the beauty of the classroom and enjoy the happiness brought by learning.
I remember Mr. Tao Xingzhi once said, "Be careful that there is Watt under your pointer, Newton in your cold eyes and Edison in your ridicule." This sentence left a deep impression on me. It reminds teachers to "teach without class", and on the teacher's spiritual balance, every student should be given the same weight. In other words, we should treat every student equally, and we should not treat some students differently because of their individual differences. In teaching, I try my best to face all students and not discriminate against any one. After several years of teaching, I found that there are several active students in almost every class. In order to make these students not hurt their self-esteem and learn something in class, I asked them to express their opinions and encourage them to actively participate in the class management, but they have the ability to perform. At this time, I gave full play to their specialties and let them perform boldly in class. In this way, these students have gained something and are interested in learning.
Teachers should love and respect every student. If there is no education without love, then there is no education without understanding and respect. Every student is eager to get the understanding and respect of others, especially teachers. Teachers should be a kind person, a rigorous person and a respectable person. As the German educator Dostoevsky said, the art of education lies not in imparting knowledge, but in inspiring, awakening and encouraging. Teachers should also change their educational concepts, establish a student-centered sense of service, and create a new relationship between teachers and students with respect, trust, tolerance and friendship.
As an engineer of the human soul, we must have noble moral qualities, truly "hold a heart and go without a blade of grass", have motherly love for students, be a teacher that students like, and constantly update and enrich our knowledge. Being a teacher that students like is still my goal.
