Does it snow in Sichuan?

It often snows in the plateau areas of northwest and southwest Sichuan, where there are some perennial snow-covered mountains, including the famous Gongga Mountain, Xiling Snow Mountain and Siguniang Mountain in the Jin Jia Mountains. It doesn't snow much in other plains and hills. We often see snowflakes every seven or eight years, but occasionally we see sleet during the cold period every year.
