Review of A Beautiful Mind

The film A Beautiful Mind is a biographical film based on Nash's life experience. The film won the Academy Award, almost winning the highest award in the world in 22. Nash, the prototype of the film hero, has thus become a popular public figure.

johnf nash was born on June 13th, 1928. Nash was lonely and introverted when he was a child. Although his parents took good care of him, the teacher thought he was unsociable and unsociable. Nash's talent for mathematics began to show at about the age of 14. Nash graduated from Ph.D. at the age of 21, and his doctoral thesis on non-cooperative games and other related articles established his status as a master of game theory. By the end of 195s, he was a world-famous scientist. Because of his achievements in game theory, algebraic geometry and nonlinear theory, he was elected by Fortune magazine as the most outstanding genius mathematician active in both pure mathematics and applied mathematics.

But at the peak of his fame, Nash suffered from schizophrenia, which made him suffer from mental and emotional disorder for the next 3 years. In the past, a talented boy turned into a ghost with strange clothes and likes to scribble on the blackboard, leaving some strange messages and wandering around Princeton campus. His wife, Alicia, a graduate of Physics Department of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, showed an iron will: she survived the days when her husband was confined for treatment and isolated, and passed through the shock and sadness that her only son was also suffering from schizophrenia ... After a long half century, her patience and perseverance finally created a remarkable miracle: like her son, Professor Nash gradually recovered and embarked on 1994 because of her fundamental work in game theory. Today, Nash has basically returned to normal and resumed scientific research. He is now a professor of mathematics at Princeton University, but he no longer teaches. The economics department of the school often holds forums about game theory. Nash sometimes participates, but he almost never speaks. He always comes quietly and walks quietly.
