Guo Moruo: (1892165438+10/6-197812), a native of Leshan county, Sichuan province, was famous as Wenbao when he was young, and his original name was Kaizhen. He is one of the founders of China's new poetry, one of the founders of China's historical drama, a pioneer of China's historical materialism, an archaeologist, a social activist, one of the four schools in Oracle Bone Inscriptions, and an academician of the First Academia Sinica. After 1949, he was the first president of China Academy of Sciences, vice premier of People's Republic of China (PRC) Central People's Government and director of the Culture and Education Committee, vice chairman of the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC), the first president of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and the first president of University of Science and Technology of China.
