Throughout this poem, the focus of the poem is Zhuge Liang. What is the author's intention in writing this poem?

Zhuge Liang made a big speech in the above table, the main purpose of which was to ask Liu Chan, the former leader, to set off for the Northern Expedition and arrange work in the rear, and put forward some suggestions to him, such as "being close to a virtuous minister and far from a villain" and "being clear about rewards and punishments", so as to follow the example of the former leader and make great efforts to govern. Zhuge Liang's recital fully demonstrated his lofty ambition of devoting all his efforts to dying, and also inspired people and morale.
