Our old revolutionary area - Yan'an
Our old revolutionary area - Yan'an
During the Anti-Japanese War, there was a familiar name called Yan'an. Today, I came to Yan'an, an old revolutionary base. There, there are Pagoda Mountain and Yanhe River, as well as layers of caves. People say that when you arrive in Yan'an, you have to go to Yangjialing, so I came to Yangjialing.
In Yangjialing, I first went to the venue where the Seventh Congress of the Communist Party of China was held. It was a beautiful but ancient house from the outside, and it looked different from other houses. There is no difference. But when I got inside, I realized that the entire house, which was quite large inside, gave people a sense of vicissitudes of life. When entering the venue, the first thing you saw was a banner with the name of the conference written on it. These words were written on yellow paper and pasted on red cloth. Below the banner is the leadership podium, and we cannot go up there. In front of the rostrum is a podium, which is a semicircular wooden table where those who have something to say can speak. In front of the semicircular podium are the seats in the venue. Behind each seat is a small wooden board for people in the back row to write. In the center of the venue is a portrait of Chairman Mao. There were many propaganda slogans on the four walls of the venue, said by Lenin and various great men. They were all words to encourage the people's revolutionary fighting spirit.
Next, there are the former residences of great men, including Chairman Mao, Premier Zhou, and Marshal Zhu De. First of all, I came to Grandpa Zhu De’s former residence. He lived in a room consisting of three cave dwellings. The first cave dwelling was a study room, the other was a bedroom, and the last one was. I don’t know what this cave dwelling was for. It has been used as an exhibition room, displaying some photos about Grandpa Zhu De. In the study room, there is a desk and a comfortable chair. In the bedroom, there is only a bed and some washbasins. In the former residences of Premier Zhou Enlai and Chairman Mao Zedong, the furniture and furnishings are similar, with only a few items, and all of them are a bit old.
In front of Chairman Mao’s former residence, a stone table and several small stone stools caught our attention. It is where they sat when American female journalist Louise Strong interviewed Chairman Mao. Chairman Mao once said there that "all reactionaries are paper tigers." He must have looked very mighty and confident when he spoke.
People praise Chairman Mao and say how difficult and difficult it was for him, but they always don’t believe it. Seeing all this, a few small cave dwellings and a small amount of furniture can conquer the world. It’s not easy! They really serve the people. No wonder many people would give up the superior living conditions in the city and follow their team forward.
When I came to Yan'an today, I also experienced the majestic and undefeated spirit of Yan'an in the song "Ode to Yan'an", and this momentum and spirit will never disappear. Yan'an will also be proud of these great people, because it is they who have added glory to Yan'an and added more glory to China. They have also brought us the warmth and happiness today.
