At present, the company's order quantity is small and the variety is diverse, which affects the production progress. Usually employees are skilled, but there is no goods. It is common in all workshops: "it is difficult to recruit workers, the turnover of personnel is large, and the production efficiency is not high." Personally, I think there are several reasons for this problem:

1. Long overtime hours, low salary (only one day off a month, holidays are different from company holidays. Different treatment in a company will make employees feel unbalanced and depressed. And many young people are reluctant to engage in the clothing industry. Especially the work of parking spaces.

2. Wage problem

In terms of machinery and equipment, there are still many gaps between the machines in our factory and the same industry, and the lack of synchronous development is also the main reason for the low production efficiency.

4. The mobility of personnel is too great, some newcomers can't get reasonable training in time, and the quality of personnel is uneven, which is also the main reason for the low output and quality.

5. The accommodation conditions are not ideal, the environmental sanitation is poor, the clothing and property of employees are not guaranteed, and the company's various systems and employee benefits are not perfect.

6. Further strengthen production inspection, put an end to waste, especially the waste of manpower and resources. Rational development and utilization is to improve efficiency.

7. Lack of communication between employees, enterprises and leaders, inability to change their thinking and arouse their enthusiasm are also the main reasons for low production efficiency.

Third, the safety in production

Safety is the first priority of this work. Before new employees take up their posts, they should do a good job in pre-job safety knowledge training. After work, turn off the lights, electricity and equipment before leaving the post.

The work of 20xx is basically stable in the first half of the year, but there are still many shortcomings, which should be deeply reflected here.
