1. Xia Pingquan
Xia Pingquan, male, born in September 1939, is from Gaoyou City, Jiangsu Province. Member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, director of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, first-class calligrapher, national first-class artist, master of Chinese traditional arts, and master of contemporary world Chinese art. Xia Pingquan's works have been compiled into "Collection of Chinese Calligraphy" and "Collection of Fine Chinese Calligraphy Works".
Second, Qin Ziqing
Qin Ziqing was originally from Gaoyou, Jiangsu Province. He has served as professor, executive vice president, and president of Yangzhou Normal University, Hunan Quyuan University, and Yuelu University. In the twelfth year of Kangxi (1673), Wu Sangui claimed to be King of Zhou, President of the land and water marshal of the world, and general of the Xingming Dynasty. He issued a proclamation, which was known as the "San Francisco Rebellion" in history. In the seventeenth year of Kangxi's reign (1678), Wu Sangui ascended the throne as emperor in Hengzhou (today's Hengyang City). The country was named Dazhou, and Hengyang was established as the capital and Zhaowu was established as the Yuan Dynasty.
