A fan asked me before that she likes writing but doesn't know what to do. She showed me her articles. You don't have to guess. They are all adolescent emotions. Language is beautiful, but it is only beautiful and has no substance. Just like a clothes hanger, wearing beautiful clothes, it is empty inside, and it will fall when the wind blows.
I remember giving her advice at that time: live first, then write. Shoals and reefs in life are better than all textbooks. Just ask your grandparents, their story may be another "alive"; Talk to your mother, and she will tell you why she chose your father when she was young and gave up other pursuits; Talking to my father may solve the confusion in the workplace. Compared with those chicken soup stories of "I have a friend", these stories are full of the charm of time.
Mu Xin once made such a metaphor: "The poems in A Dream of Red Mansions are like aquatic plants. It is not good to take out the water. Put it in the water and look good. " Why? Why can vernacular Chinese achieve unique effects in Jia's fake poems? This is because Song Ci provided a fixed formal agreement. When the language convention of long and short sentences is involved in the writing of new poems, the language will get a kind of institutional sublimation.
This is the power of the language system. Many times we regard Han Fu, quatrains, regular poems, Song Ci and Yuan Qu as an aesthetic style, and few people talk about the language system of style.
Even if it is said, it is cut from the technical point of view such as rhyme, and it is less from the overall form. The biggest problem of new poetry is that there is no standard and universal language system in the form of poetry, which writers follow. Only the form of poetry lacks the quality of poetry and the language system, which is the bottleneck of the development of new poetry.
