"If you were young" comes from Xi Murong's "Youth without Resentment".
Original text:
When you are young, if you fall in love with someone,
Please, please treat him gently.
No matter how long or short the time you love each other is,
If you can always treat each other tenderly, then,
All the moments will be A flawless beauty.
If you have to separate, say goodbye properly.
Also be grateful in your heart for giving you a memory.
When you grow up, you will know that at the moment you look back,
Only youth without resentment will have no regrets,
Like the mountains and hills That quiet full moon.
