What are the four poems written with vegetables?

Four poems written with vegetables are: two orioles singing green willows and a row of egrets flying into the sky. My window framed the snow-covered western hills. My door often says "goodbye" to eastbound ships. The quatrains written by Du Fu, a poet in the Tang Dynasty, describe the beautiful spring scenery around Huanhuaxi Caotang in Chengdu.

1. The first course is two round yolks peeled from two boiled eggs. After steaming with seasoning, decorate with a few tender vegetables and put them in a bowl. The poem reads: Two orioles sing green willows.

2. The second course is to shred the cooked protein, put a green leaf under it, arrange it in a formation and put it in a porcelain basin. The poem says: A line of egrets goes up to the sky.

3, the third course is a pinch of vegetarian fried protein silk, cut the protein essence into thin filaments such as goose feathers, put it in a basin, and recite a poem: Xiling window contains snow.

4. The fourth course is a bowl of clear soup with seasoning, with several eggshells floating on it, reciting a poem: Boating in Wan Li, Wu Dong.
