I was born in an educational family. I was born in a small town near Dongjiang. My father is a middle school teacher who is deeply loved by students and has been teaching for 35 years. I grew up educated. I can be a teacher. Apart from the influence of my family, my first teacher had a particularly profound influence on me. Because there was no preschool education in the town at that time, when I wrote the lowercase "3", I wrote it like a flying bird. It was the teacher who taught me to learn by hand. Just like my mother, I couldn't help crying: Mom. From then on, I planted the seeds of being a teacher in my heart.
18 years ago, I set foot on this hot land of Shenzhen from Dongguan Normal School and stepped onto the sacred rostrum. Since then, education has become a part of my life. In this precious 18 year, I have studied Chinese, mathematics, fine arts, sports, labor, thinking, information technology and other disciplines, and for many years served as head teacher, grade leader, deputy director of the guidance office, teaching director and teaching department director, and participated in the organization and establishment of district-level, municipal-level and provincial-level schools. He has been rated as an advanced teacher, an excellent class teacher and an excellent education system in party member for many times. At present, the education front is welcoming the spring of reform, various reform measures are gradually introduced, and the implementation of quality education is in the ascendant. Facing all and developing in an all-round way, cultivating students' innovative spirit and practical ability. "Facing all" means insisting on promoting the development of every student. Teachers help every student develop, teach students in accordance with their aptitude and pay attention to cultivating students' personality. "All-round development" means the all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, and the improvement of comprehensive quality.
If I am lucky enough to be a vice principal, I will assist the principal to do a good job in charge and implement "one reform and three reforms". One change is to change our view of talents: the task of our primary school is to train children into teenagers with primary viability and to train qualified students with special skills in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, beauty and labor for junior high schools.
Change teaching methods. I admire many educators: Carnegie, Dewey, Confucius, Tao Xingzhi, Zhi Yuheng, etc. However, I admire Wei Shusheng, a modern educator. He became my idol, from whom I learned a lot about being a man and a lot of experience in education and teaching. I especially appreciate his teaching methods. As a middle school principal, he is not only the head teacher, but also takes Chinese classes and often gives lectures outside. According to the truth, the class he teaches must be poor, not to mention poor class, it must be backward class. But facts speak louder than words. His class is not only backward, but also advanced, and the students' Chinese scores are among the best. I thought it over and over again. He is different from our traditional educational methods. He gave full play to students' initiative, greatly tapped students' potential ability, and made students learn through discovery and make progress through creation. He divided the students into phonetic groups, word groups, sentence groups, paragraph groups, writing groups and so on. In the process of self-study, students will go to the members of that group to solve any problems. If students study so hard, of course they can be free. I also brought their initiative into play among primary school students and achieved good teaching results. In view of the problem that the third-grade primary school students are afraid to write compositions and diaries, I ask students to grow their own beans and truthfully record the labor process and the germination of beans. After a semester, students not only like writing, but also write well. In the sixth grade, many students published articles in newspapers and periodicals. My thesis based on this material won the second prize of the guiding thesis of the Central Institute of Education.
Second, change the teaching materials. Third, change the evaluation criteria. The evaluation standard is the direction mark, which has a strong guiding role. First, the evaluation of a school by higher government departments; Second, the school's own evaluation of teachers' work; The third is the evaluation of students. In my opinion, to evaluate how a primary school is doing, the supervision and evaluation system in Guangdong Province is more scientific and systematic. In the evaluation criteria, there are two categories: school conditions and management. There are 39 indicators, and each indicator has a corresponding score, with a total score of 500. Every link and corner of the school is included in the evaluation system. I will assist the headmaster to build and manage Liannan Primary School according to the standards of supervision and evaluation, and strive to realize the goal of the five-year plan as soon as possible-to build Liannan into a provincial school. The school's evaluation of teachers' work has always been a headache for principals, because teachers' work is conscience work and it is difficult to measure. I think we can formulate corresponding quantitative evaluation standards, implement quantitative assessment, combine process and result, and combine qualitative and quantitative methods. Based on the principles of "three benefits" and "three publics", it is beneficial to the overall work of the school; Conducive to arouse the enthusiasm of teachers; It is conducive to the improvement of students' comprehensive quality. Fairness, justice and openness. As a school leader, it is absolutely impossible to take the average class score or qualified rate as the only criterion for evaluating teachers' work. If that's the case, teachers who accept backward classes will be more serious and responsible, and may not be able to evaluate anything in the first school year. Liannan Primary School has done a good job in evaluating teachers' work. No teacher has ever made a fuss because of the annual assessment, evaluation first and evaluation first, and has really achieved achievements, evaluated the advanced and played an active role.
