Psalm 127:3 Children are an inheritance from the Lord, and the womb is a reward from Him.
Psalm 127:4 Children born in youth are like arrows in the hand of a warrior.
Psalm 127:5 Blessed is the man whose quiver is full. They will not be put to shame when they speak to their enemies at the gate.
Meditation:
If children are an inheritance given by God, how can I manage this inheritance?
127:3-5 Children are often viewed as their parents’ “debt” rather than their property. But the Bible says that children are “the inheritance of the Lord,” a reward, and parents can learn a lot from their inquiring spirit and trusting attitude. Those who view children as a distraction or a liability should see raising children as an opportunity to shape themselves.
