Efficient classroom teaching experience of primary and secondary school teachers

Part 1: Lessons Learned from Efficient Classroom

This semester, our school carried out efficient classroom evaluation activities for basic grades. This activity is undoubtedly a good opportunity for me, a teacher who has set foot on this hot land of education for the third year, and it is also a rare breakthrough for my traditional teaching.

At the scene of class evaluation, I saw Mr. Wang Jin, the first teacher of the Chinese language group, give a lecture on Poetry Appreciation to the children in grade one. The introduction part introduced the situation with his own poems, which was very innovative and a bright spot. Students soon began to learn wonderful classical poetry; The second teacher, Tan, is a good teacher in our English group. In the second grade, she took a course in reading and writing-a new dimension of life. Teacher Tan fully considers students' learning situation, and pays attention to training beautiful and practical sentence patterns in reading, so that students can imitate them and then apply them to writing. Teacher Tan's unhurried, eloquent and friendly teaching style makes students unconsciously follow her ideas, cooperate well, react quickly, output what they have learned quickly, use it properly and achieve good results; The third teacher, Luo Lisha, is also a lovely teacher in our English group. She gave a very vivid listening and speaking lesson to the children of Grade One-the present continuous tense. Teacher Luo's loud voice, standard English, bright smile, rich facial expressions, enthusiastic class methods and interesting classroom games quickly infected students and made them learn knowledge in a relaxed and happy atmosphere. The teachers who attended the class couldn't help sighing that if such a good teacher had taught us before, I don't know how good English was. The fourth teacher is Mr. Chen from the Chinese Language Group. He gives poetry appreciation class "Lin Yuling" to senior one students. With the help of multimedia, she brought the students into the scene of poetry through touching recordings and beautiful pictures, and both the students and the teachers on the scene were unconsciously brought into the situation. Although Miss Chen just graduated last year, her calm, steady, generous, kind and gentle teaching style and smile have won the love of many students and the recognition of many old teachers.

After listening to this efficient class, I found that although efficiency has just started in our school, many aspects are still immature, but it makes me full of confidence in efficient classes, and also makes me ask a big question mark about my past teaching-what is the difference between efficient classes and traditional classes? Can it really replace traditional teaching and bring about qualitative change?

After teaching for three years, I always reflect: Is it successful to teach students high marks? Like many teachers who have been teaching for many years, we have always taken the traditional teaching path-leading in and giving questions, so that students can enter the study of text content with questions; In classroom learning, teachers preset exercises and rarely have problems on the spot. Students walk along the road paved by the teacher and rarely give themselves a chance to ask questions unexpectedly. After-class exercises are also ready for us. Once students can't finish their exercises on time, the only thing waiting for them is to copy books with punishment. This is the method that most teachers try every time, and they expect that if they copy too much, they will "show their meaning" ... As everyone knows, unconsciously, students' creativity is obliterated bit by bit, and their interest in learning disappears bit by bit until they become an "examination machine" specially designed for the college entrance examination. ...

In fact, there are many "inefficient" links in our traditional teaching. Teachers always say that students are sleepy and don't listen, which leads to the waste of resources in the teaching process and the reduction of classroom teaching efficiency. No matter how clever a student is, he will become a bookworm.

Therefore, the change of traditional teaching is imminent! And efficient classroom is a good attempt!

We can start like this—

Preview before class: When to preview? Preview what content? How to master students' preview? How to design a preview study plan? What methods and means are used to enable students to master learning objectives, etc.

(2) Classroom inquiry: reflecting "three stresses and three stresses"; Do a good job in the design of classroom teaching; It is necessary to clarify which problem students study independently and which problem students cooperate to explore; How to solve the problem? How to design the reflection and summary link in classroom teaching? It should reflect classroom testing, classroom feedback, classroom correction, goal achievement and expansion in the teaching process.

(3) After-school training: it should reflect "three arrangements and three no arrangements"; It is necessary to arrange more assignments of divergent thinking, development and improvement, and migration and application; The number of posts should be properly controlled.

From the students' point of view, efficient classroom can give full play to students' initiative in learning, make the classroom student-oriented, let students actively find and solve problems, improve students' interest in learning, and enable students to master learning methods and actively accept and explore knowledge, instead of traditional passive cramming learning. This is a way to implement quality education and realize efficient teaching. Our teachers should know how to properly create situations that students are interested in and guide them to participate wholeheartedly, so that students can have the motivation to learn independently, bring them into the imaginary world, enrich their imagination, complete the whole process of thinking, realize the internalization of knowledge and make students' intelligence develop new; At the same time, we should create a pleasant teaching situation, which can also make the teaching ups and downs, strewn at random, stimulate students to make positive progress, and make the transmitted information form a deep impression in students' minds, so as to achieve the purpose of absorption and digestion.

The real mystery of efficient classroom is not to teach students high marks, but to cultivate students' "learning ability". Only by giving full play to students' learning ability, reducing students' "cramming" dependence on teachers, taking the initiative to learn and knowing how to learn can we be truly efficient!

The second part: the experience of efficient classroom teaching in primary school Chinese.

165438+1October 7th, a beautiful day. Under the leadership of President Liu and Director Tian, a group of six people from Andy Primary School got up at 6 o'clock, set out at 7 o'clock and arrived at Shanggaoli Primary School at 8 o'clock. Many elite teachers from other schools gathered there at the same time. The class types include "how to build efficient classroom theme reading" and so on. There is also a unique scene, which deeply attracted me ... Every class has the meaning of learning. Every teacher's careful display not only fascinated the students, but also undoubtedly inspired me on the road of Chinese teaching and gained a lot.

Let me talk about my experience in this activity:

First, a thorough understanding of textbooks is the foundation. After listening to several teachers' lectures, I think they all have their own unique grasp of the teaching materials, and they can grasp the problems and go deep into the text step by step. In tian teacher's lesson "Revelation of Fishing", she mastered the writing skills of action, language and form, and gave a detailed lecture and demonstration reading. Tian teacher's class not only makes students learn knowledge, but also makes them feel happy psychologically. Finally, she guides students from different angles, expands character reading in the form of text, that is, literature reading, and stimulates students' infinite fun. The whole class is spread out in beautiful and vivid language, which makes the listeners remember deeply.

Second, give the initiative back to the children. The new curriculum standard requires students to become the main body of learning, and teachers are the guides of this main body. These teachers have completely done this. For example, when Mr. Zhang was reading Reading for the Rise of China, he realized the weakness of the motherland and how we can contribute to the motherland in the future through the design of courseware and wonderful reading.

Third, go deep into the text and have an emotional dialogue with it. And the reading requirements are different. For example, in the praise class, Mr. Chen first asked the students to read the text loudly and freely with warm and lasting applause. Reread the text and check the new words through various excellent tests; Performance, let students deeply understand the author's emotional sublimation. Group reading, group reading and demonstration reading are also interspersed in the study to stimulate students' interest in reading and let them better understand the spirit of love expressed in the article. The hierarchy is clear.

Fourth, pay attention to the cultivation of study habits. Many teachers will intersperse some learning methods in the classroom, so that students can acquire these learning methods, and he can solve similar problems by himself in the future. For example, Teacher Yang asked for communication before learning the text, so that he could quickly find what he said when learning the text. She also asked that when reading an article, you should read unfamiliar or incomprehensible sentences several times, so as to "read them a hundred times and see what they mean." Teachers correct the pronunciation of words in time during students' reading process, and subtly teach students the habit of reading correctly. Other teachers have always emphasized "no pen and ink, no reading", and making annotations is conducive to cultivating students' good habit of concentration.

Fifth, friendly evaluation language. Several teachers commented that the students' language was so appropriate and in place. For example, some teachers encourage students with "You are the smartest, you will work harder, my child, you are great, and your eyes have told me the answer". These simple and natural languages deeply touched me. In future classes, I also try to make students feel these beautiful evaluation languages.

Through this activity, I realized more deeply that Chinese teaching should be read and felt with emotion. But there is still a little regret: due to time constraints and large-scale activities, some good classes, especially the reading and writing linkage class of online composition, were not heard.

Cultivate students to refine sentences consciously in rhetoric and be good at discovering, reflecting and understanding emotions. The acquisition of these abilities needs Chinese teachers to teach them and try their best to teach them in various forms, but it needs practical results. I think I should read more books, study more teaching and fall in love with this course from the bottom of my heart.

Sixth, the direction of future efforts.

1, be sure to keep learning.

As the saying goes, if a teacher wants to give a student a glass of water, he must first have a bucket of water, but now only one bucket of water is not enough. Teachers should have flowing water. Where does this source of living water come from? This requires our teachers to keep learning and charging. After the implementation of the new curriculum, teachers are required to develop professionally, learn the new curriculum theory, change the teaching concept, reform the classroom structure, strengthen their own teaching basic skills training, especially Chinese teachers, and constantly improve their Chinese literacy. And all this is inseparable from learning. We should learn the new curriculum theory, take the road of theory plus practice, let the new curriculum theory guide our teaching practice, infiltrate new ideas into all educational and teaching practices, and be faithful practitioners of new curriculum ideas. To broaden our knowledge and broaden our horizons, we must constantly read through the whole book and insist on reading famous books and classics, so that these famous books and classics can enlighten our thoughts, cultivate our sentiments and enhance our Chinese literacy.

2. We should change our teaching concept and be faithful practitioners of the new curriculum.

In traditional teaching, teachers have always been the authority of knowledge, students are passive learners, students are the containers of knowledge, and the classroom is the stage for teachers to perform. The teacher chattered on the platform, regardless of the students' feelings. Now, we need to change our teaching concepts and roles. Teachers are the guides and collaborators of students' learning. We should squat down to see the students, communicate with them on an equal footing and return the classroom to them.

In a word, this study in class has made me more deeply aware of the importance and urgency of learning. In the future teaching, if you want to thoroughly understand the teaching materials, students and improve your own quality, you must work hard, keep learning, learn from others, make full use of learning opportunities to accumulate teaching literacy, and make your teaching career brighter.
