1. The subcontractor failed to assess the workload of migrant workers on a monthly basis, and compiled a salary payment form which was signed by the migrant workers themselves for confirmation;
2. The general contractor fails to supervise and manage the labor and employment of subcontractors;
3. The subcontractor does not cooperate with the general contractor to supervise and manage its labor and employment;
4. The general construction contractor has not implemented the publicity system of rights protection information on the construction site.
