I. Original text

It is still the moon and border pass in Qin and Han dynasties, and the enemy has fought a protracted war. If Wei Qing, who attacked Longcheng, and Li Guang, the flying general, were alive today, the Huns would not be allowed to go south to spend their horses in Yinshan. The stone steps at night are as cold as cold water, sitting and staring at the cowherd and the weaver girl. Seeing cattle and sheep at the sight of the wind and grass makes people homesick with tears.

Second, translation notes

Bright moon in Qin dynasty, bright moon in Han dynasty. This sentence expresses the feeling of time passing, and refers to the ancient and glorious history. )

The Long March hasn't come back yet. Described the scene of soldiers leaving their hometown for the battlefield. )

But it let Longcheng fly in, (expressing the expectation and trust for the generals to be brave and good at fighting. )

Don't teach Huma to climb the Yinshan Mountain. I hope the generals can successfully resist the attack of foreign enemies and defend their homeland. )

The night in "Rixu" is as cool as water, and the marching environment of the army is set off by describing the natural scenery. )

Lie down and watch the morning glory and Vega. When the soldiers lay down to rest, they looked up at the sky and pinned their homesickness on them. )

The wind blows low and the cattle and sheep are low, which describes the animals and scenes on the vast grassland and shows the loneliness and yearning of the soldiers who have left their homes. )

People are homesick with tears. Soldiers are far from home, and their hearts are tied to their homeland. They couldn't restrain their yearning and cried. )

This poem expresses the expectation of generals and soldiers, the yearning for their homeland and the suffering brought by the war through the description of the scene of the army going out to war. With the help of natural scenery and the morning glory and Vega in ancient legends, Wang Zhihuan skillfully combined war with homesickness, making this poem more appealing in literature.

Author Wang Zhihuan's Brief Introduction and Main Influence

I. Introduction

Wang Zhihuan (688-742), the word Ji Ling (one for Ji Ling, one for Ji Ling? ), ancestral home Jinyang (now Taiyuan, Shanxi). Tang Dynasty poet. ? Wang Zhihuan was clever since he was a child, but his writing was weak. Generosity has a general idea, and it is very attractive and talented. He entered the official position with the shadow of the door, granted Hengshui the master book, and married the third daughter of Li Di, the county magistrate of Hengshui.

Later, he was slandered and dismissed from office. In the first year of Tianbao (742), Wen 'an county commandant was recruited, and his life was innocent and his management was fair. He died in Wen 'an Post at the age of 55. Buried in the ancestral grave of Beimang Mountain in Luoyang County.

Wang Zhihuan is good at writing articles and poems, which are often quoted as lyrics. You Shan's five-character poem wins by describing the frontier fortress scenery. His representative works are In the Heron Tower and Two Poems of Liangzhou Ci.

Second, the main impact

Wang Zhihuan was one of the frontier poets in the prosperous Tang Dynasty. He, together with Cen Can, Gao Shi and Wang Changling, was called the "Four Great Borders" in the Tang Dynasty. His poems have a stirring and high-spirited personality style. Although the words used are simple, they are far-reaching and memorable.

His northwest landscape poems are quite distinctive, magnificent, open-minded, passionate, beautiful in rhyme, catchy and widely read. Unfortunately, his poems have been seriously lost, and only six poems have been handed down from generation to generation, which are included in the whole Tang poetry.

Among these six poems, in Lusu, two Liangzhou Ci poems and Farewell are very famous, especially the first two are household names, which can be described as "all can be recited". Among them, "Climbing to the next floor broadens the horizon by 300 miles" and "The Yellow River is far above the white clouds, and the lonely city of Wan Ren Mountain" are all famous sayings that have been passed down through the ages.

It is these two poems that have won Wang Zhihuan a prominent position that will last forever.
