Making hollow three-dimensional figures with Photoshop

Hollow cubical characters are made on the basis of cubical characters. Before making, you need to make your own three-dimensional characters, and the three-dimensional surface of the text should be more obvious. Then find out all sides of the text, fill in colors and render highlights and dark parts in a certain order.

1, create a new 800

600-pixel file with light gray background: #E4E0E 1, as shown below.

2. Open the stereoscopic material shown in Figure 2, which can be made by PS or other 3D software, drag it in and put it in place as shown in Figure 3.

3. Create a new group and start making solid surfaces. Create a new layer in the layer group and tick off the selected area with a pen, as shown in the figure below.

4. Fill the selection with red: #D20959, as shown below.

5. Create a new layer and press Ctrl.

Mid-tenor

Create a clipping mask, set the foreground color to deep red, and paint out the dark parts at the bottom and top with a brush, as shown below.

6. Create a new layer, tick off the selection below with a pen, fill it with red, and paint out the dark part at the bottom in the same way as above. The effect is shown in Figure 8.
