There are two versions of the title "Big and Small Xie" in ancient my country: One refers to Xie Lingyun and Xie Tiao, two equally famous poets in the Southern Dynasties. Both of them are representative writers of landscape poetry in the Southern Dynasties, and their poems have their own styles. The two were from the same clan, from Yangxia, Chenjun (now Taikang, Henan). The birth experiences are somewhat similar. Xie Tiao's poems were greatly influenced by Xie Lingyun. At that time, people called Xie Lingyun "Da Xie" and Xie Tiao "Xiao Xie". Xie Lingyun (385-433): (For details, see "Tao Xie, the Two Great Poet of the Late Jin and Early Song Dynasties"). Xie Tiao (464-499) was the founder of metrical poetry in my country and one of the founders of the new style poetry called "Yongming style". Xie Tiao was born into a noble family and served as the prefect of Xuancheng. He was known as Xie Xuancheng. Xie Tiao's landscape poems were influenced by Xie Lingyun, and some of his works even have traces of imitation. But compared with Da Xie's poems, the style of poetry is clear and elegant, with less complicated words and sentences and mystical language. It is observant of details and good at cutting. His poems pay attention to rhythm, with neat antitheses, sonorous rhyme, and gorgeous words. They had an important influence on the formation of rhymed poetry and quatrains in the Tang Dynasty. It is highly recommended by Li Bai and Du Fu. The Ming Dynasty compiled "Xie Xuancheng Collection". The second refers to Xie Lingyun and Xie Huilian, two equally famous poets in the Southern Dynasty and Song Dynasty. Xie Huilian (407-433): Xie Lingyun's younger brother. He was a genius at a young age. He was able to write and write poems at the age of 10, and was highly praised by Xie Lingyun. However, he died young, at the age of only 27. Not many of his poems have survived, and some chapters express his political frustration and implicit dissatisfaction with the reality of the time. The existing works "Autumn Embrace Poems" and "Snow Fu" are relatively famous. The Ming Dynasty compiled the Collection of Xie Facao.
