Lhasa, alias Luoxue and Sunlight City, is the capital of Xizang Autonomous Region, China, an international tourist city with plateau and ethnic characteristics, a political, economic, cultural, scientific and technological education center in Tibet and a holy place of Tibetan Buddhism.
