Can a word in a poem in China's ancient poems be reused?

It depends.

1. Any rhetorical repetition (i.e. overlapping) can be used repeatedly. Such as the poem "Every tree in Hanyang becomes clear in water, and a nest of herbs in Nautilus Island", the word "cold and clear". Any two-syllable overlap can also be repeated, such as "spoil willow flowers and eat cold, all kinds of annoying weather."

2. In addition, words can be repeated, but they cannot be overused. Such as: "The River of No Return, a Romantic Man through the ages". In the west of the base camp, human beings are ... "There are two" people ".

3, modern poetry in addition to the first mentioned, generally shall not be repeated.
