Two lotuses refer to two lotuses growing on the same stem, which is a variant of the lotus. My wife loves flowers and loves to grow them. My wife loves lotus, and I also love lotus. I especially love lotus for its integrity of "coming out of the mud but not staining, washing the clear ripples without being spoiled by evil spirits", and I love the house as much as the crow. The beautiful lotus flowers, like a beautiful scenery, add color to our lives, bring joy to our families, and also decorate our simple living rooms.

Its genetic mechanism is still under study and cannot be copied yet. . Lotus experts have conducted repeated cultivation experiments using lotus seeds grown in double-peduncled lotus and lotus seeds in parallel-peduncled lotus pods. The result was that double-peduncled lotus could not be produced, proving that it is not heritable and can only occur naturally. There is a parallel lotus pond in Tinglin Park. The legend of Bingdilian:
It is said that a long time ago there was a lotus pond in a village, and the pond was covered with beautiful lotus flowers every year. There lived a member of the Communist Party of China named Hong in the east of Tangdong. His family was very wealthy, but he was over forty years old and had no children. This year, Yuan Wai's wife became pregnant. Hong Yuan Wai burned incense and worshiped the Buddha day and night, asking the Bodhisattva to bless him with a son.
But the child was born a girl. Hong Yuan was unhappy outside. In order to comfort Yuan Wai, his wife discussed with Yuan Wai and raised the girl as a son. She told outsiders that she had given birth to a boy and named the child Sai Lang. Later, as Sai Lang grew up, he always dressed like a boy. When he was twelve years old, Hong Yuanwai built a library in front of the lotus pond and asked a familiar teacher to teach Sai Lang how to read. Everyone outside thought Sai Lang was a boy.
One day, the maid did not see Sai Lang coming back until the rooster crowed. She knew something was wrong but did not dare to say anything. The next day, the Hong family searched everywhere and found one of Sai Lang's embroidered shoes by the lotus pond. They knew that he had jumped into the water. Hong Yuanwai hurriedly ordered people to fish it out. He saw Zhenniang and Sai Lang hugging each other tightly, and several people couldn't pull them apart even though they tried their best. Yuan Hong ordered people to bury them by the lotus pond.
That night there was only lightning and thunder, and a violent storm. Waiting until dawn, the water in the lotus pond was seen rising to the graves of Zhenniang and Sailang, and surrounding the graves: the lotus flowers growing on the graves had stems thicker than a person's thumb. There are two flowers blooming on the top, one red and one white, close together, so people call it "Bing Tie Lotus", and later "Bing Di Lotus".
