Poetry, your voice

Text | Joe

lakefront

I can hear the songs of the Great Lakes.

Small golden ripples glistened.

I can know where the breeze is blowing.

The weeping willows sway.

Yanqi lake

I want to compare you to a bride.

You are the bride.

Quiet and beautiful

High mountains in the distance

Ink-like color

Gentle and kind

Every time I walk in the corridor by the lake.

The heart is at rest.

And happy.

The lake can be seen on the distant mountain.

There is no better word to describe my mood at the moment.

Although the mountain outside the bedroom window has conquered me.

What else do I want?

If possible

I want to be a fish in the lake.

Although being caught is an inevitable fate.

At least we're together until the end.

If possible

I want to be a tree by the lake.

Despite the wind and rain, despite being cut down.

At least in our limited life, we can look at each other.

If possible

Let me make a stone.

Let me be a reed.

Let me stay in your arms and feel your temperature.

At least we cherish each other.

yesterday

I set foot on this land alone.

Push aside the purple flowers by the lake

Touch the red railing

Sitting on a stone watching you.

Look at you again.

Maybe this is the last time.

I can't help but pick up a stone and hit you.

My heart is complicated first.

I'm leaving soon.

This is the last parting.

Beautiful Yanqi Lake

How I want to hear you say: I do!

But I can't swim.

It can't be a small tree.

Can't make stones and reeds

But my heart is sincere

My heart is sincere.

long time ago

Recorded the following words:

"If the heart is still there.

No matter how far the road is, it is short.

If happiness is made of honey

No matter how bitter the sea water is, it is sweet. "

When one day, I fell in love with you.

What I want to hear most is what you said.

"I do!
