During the Jin Dynasty, Wang Jun built his capital on a ship, and all the emperors in Jinling were dismayed.

Since then, the four seas have lived a peaceful life, so the base is depressed, and reeds and autumn winds are everywhere.
Comments:
This is a poem that eulogizes the virtues and remembers the past, expressing the feelings of unchanging mountains and rivers and different personnel. The first four sentences of the poem describe the historical facts of the destruction of Soochow in the Western Jin Dynasty, show that national unity is a historical necessity, and explain that the rise and fall of things depends on people's thoughts. The last four sentences are about Mount Cisse, pointing out that it is famous because it used to be a military fortress. Today, the mountain shape remains the same, but the personnel are completely different, which opens the theme of the poem. Finally, I wrote that today, the four seas are at home, the mountains and rivers are unified, and the division like the Six Dynasties is gone forever.
