Classical Poetry and Its Related Vernacular New Poetry

(1) uninhibited. The poet's positive outlook on life and warm feelings are instilled into his poems, which makes his poetry style bold, clear and chic. Li Bai, a poet, is a master of unconstrained style.

(2) Depression. Boldness is like volcanic eruption, depression is like undercurrent. When a poet meditates and is full of resentment, his poetic style becomes deep, sad and full of emotion. The representative poet of gloomy style is Du Fu, a "poet saint".

(3) Euphemism. Lyrics or narratives are not spoken directly, but revealed after they are made tactfully, which makes the feelings more profound and memorable.

(4) Implicit. Implication means that the meaning is not made clear, and it is included in the image written. "Without saying a word, it's romantic."

(5) popularity. Simple is popular. Many writers in ancient China respected popularity, and Bai Juyi was a great poet who consciously pursued popularity.

(6) nature. Naturally, there is no trace of carving, that is, no affectation, no painting and no piling. "Clear water produces hibiscus, and carving is natural." Li Bai used lotus as a metaphor to illustrate the style of nature.

(7) dull. The similarity with nature is that it is not carved, but the difference with nature is that the language tries to be concise. Nature pays attention to nature, plain and unpretentious, and plain contains profound meaning.
