What are some low-priced foods?

Scotland. On January 25th every year, Scotland holds a "Burns Night" event in memory of the great poet Robert Burns. On Burns Night, Scots gather together to enjoy the traditional Scottish food of haggis, which is made by slicing sheep heart, liver, and lungs and slowly simmering them with onions, oats, and spices. Before the food is served, a bagpiper in traditional clothing plays traditional music. After the meal, Burns' poetry was recited and Scottish dancing was performed.
