Celebrating the tenth anniversary of the founding of our school may be just a moment for the long history, but it is the cornerstone of a school's development. Ten-year events, countless calendars, recorded in the history of the school, passed down from generation to generation by the people, really do not need me to write unnecessarily as a young teacher with only half a year's teaching experience. However, this short half-year work experience and life is enough for me to feel her culture, her connotation and her charm. By chance and triple choice, I became a member of the teaching team of the affiliated middle school. From the first day of school, I have been constantly feeling her characteristics and welcoming her surprises. This kind of touch not only comes from the impressive achievements made by * * in the senior high school entrance examination, but also comes from the small details after integration. The first is closed military training. I still remember my excitement at the military training mobilization meeting. Our school is the only junior high school in the city that provides students with such an experience, which makes me feel refreshed as a newcomer. I believe that schools that strive to create excellent conditions for students' development must be good schools. During the seven days in the military camp, my students and I have gained a lot. Followed by characteristic courses, bilingual subjects, including Japanese, Oxford English, bilingual computer, bilingual biology and so on. The setting of these characteristic courses provides a broader stage for students' all-round development, and also embodies one of the characteristics of running a school, that is, "foreign language teaching has taken off." Third, in the school management system, my biggest feeling is "scientific rigor". As a class teacher, I know that the best way to manage students is to let them learn to manage themselves. The "Students on Duty Activity" implemented by the school allows each class to take turns to participate in the daily management of the school, thus cultivating students' sense of ownership and responsibility. The character of being a man and doing things; Respect, gratitude and honesty are the central words of our class meeting in one semester. "Planting trees for ten years, educating people for a hundred years". The fundamental point of educating people is not whether you can get high marks, but more importantly, to be a qualified person and keep doing it. Fifth, students' extracurricular group activities and holiday social practice activities can improve students' quality and ability in many ways. This is another feature of the school. It is a valuable experience and a rare growth for today's children with superior family conditions to let students go out of campus, out of books, face the society, go deep into the community, investigate, practice and think. Sixth, be brave in reform and not rest on its laurels. The school took the lead in implementing the tutorial system in * city. In the wave of reform in the whole school, what I see is a spirit of breaking through oneself, a unique development concept and a positive teaching team. And for a young teacher, which school can make her grow fastest? Here, no matter teaching or class management, I am learning and gaining. I finished the first public class in the school since I became a teacher, and the class I taught did well in the final exam.
