The loopholes in large-scale event organizations are mainly manifested in the imperfect hardware and the slow speed of organizing audience admission. There are some unhealthy phenomena in the coordination between departments, such as the shortage of individual units and personnel, the lack of overall concept, the lack of enthusiastic service style, lax requirements, buck passing, and one-sided pursuit of individual or small group interests. The application and approval of individual activities are not standardized. Individual activity projects do not operate according to the plan and requirements, and the application and approval of activity projects are not standardized, especially the safety approval procedures are not implemented, and the activities are anticlimactic or even not carried out as planned. The overall reception capacity is still insufficient, and arrangements for tourists' accommodation, return air tickets and tickets are still lacking. It can be seen from this flower fair that there is still a big gap between our city and advanced cities in the industrialization of tourist attractions, the development of travel agencies and the development of tourism products. Some tourist attractions are not well managed. Some tourist attractions have problems such as low management level, poor service awareness and weak emergency response ability. Some scenic spots were negatively reported by the provincial newspaper, which affected the overall tourism image of our city.
