What kind of scene does the couplet of Yonghe Brothers describe?

The poem "Sailing for Yonghe Brothers" describes such a scene: the weather is cold, although there is the sun, the clouds in the sky seem to be frozen. The river is vast, although there is no wind, it is also undulating.

The whole poem is as follows:

Go boating and remember Yonghe brothers

Zhou Bida

Reation Wu didn't count when he hung up, and the mooring line was tied several times.

It's freezing, the clouds are still frozen, and there is no wind or waves on the river.

The mountains are always in sight, and the cold geese are close in love.

I suddenly got carp from the south for many years, and I'm afraid there will be a book to cook urgently.
