Images commonly used in China's ancient poems

There are many images in China's ancient poems, which can be described as everything. Commonly used mainly include the following:

The first kind of images, such as mountains, flowing water, Xiongguan, the sea, great rivers and long winds, generally express lofty sentiments and ambitions.

The second category is desert, ancient road, sunset, cold wind, cold rain, phoenix tree, cuckoo banana and so on. Most of these images express sad thoughts and lonely and melancholy feelings.

The third category is snow, pine, chrysanthemum, plum and bamboo. Most of these images are used to express loyalty and noble character.

The fourth category is willow, blue boat, pavilion, mountain and partridge bird, which are mostly used to describe the pain of parting.

The fifth category is spring, breeze, bright moon, spring water, flowers and plants. This kind of images mostly show leisure and elegance.
