First of all, the personality of Maitreya cultural belief can be divided into four types:
① pure land: yearning for the other side of the world-meeting the challenge of western pure land?
② Future: Expectation for the final destination-Meeting the challenge of today's demand?
③ Exploration: Revealing the mystery of the world-Meeting the challenge of losing interest in speculation?
④ Purification: the enlightenment of life wisdom-facing the challenge of utilitarian pursuit.
Then we will make a detailed analysis from the personality of Maitreya culture:
First of all, space is a belief in Maitreya. Considering the development, the great mystery of mankind, here in Maitreya, represents the exploration of the world around the earth. A philosophy, a brand-new view of the universe and the world. Maitreya belief is varied in China, but it still failed. Later, there were fewer and fewer believers in Maitreya Pure Land, and then it began to fade.
? The western pure land is not as important as the Maitreya pure land. With this belief, China people began to believe. We should not be interested in the western pure land, so it is difficult for us in China to accept a new thing, and the early stage of the western pure land was actually the Maitreya pure land. China people are moving towards the western pure land in large numbers, all of whom are Confucianism or Maitreya Legalists.
? Secondly, time is also a belief or expectation for Maitreya. What will the pure land between people be like in the future? There is no smog, the water is clean and the environment is excellent. The age is about 80 thousand years old. When a man marries a woman, everything is done by shaking hands. Just friendship is the core of this world.
? We long for it, but we know it is far away, so Maitreya belief is actually an expectation for the future. Where do we come from? Where are we going, exploring the destination of mankind, and so on are all worth discussing. It has triggered all kinds of philosophers, politicians and so on to begin to trace back slowly. Historically, people who explore the future, especially religious people, believe in the ultimate destination. Peasant uprisings and other uprisings against this type have failed many times, but there are actually many successful cases, such as "Wu Zetian", mainly because they were suppressed by cults. It was later banned by the government.
? Maitreya Buddha is also the first ancestor China believed in. The theory of yoga clearly explains a mystery in the world, the source of which is Maitreya. China people began to choose from various Maitreya theories, but we followed a China style. Secondly, the appearance of this cloth bag monk.
? Then, when the cloth bag monk appeared, he told us the simplest life orientation, such as many poems about it.
? Then we mentioned that the basic connotation of the belief in Maitreya Bodhisattva in China seems simple, but it actually has a knowledge system. And the problems existing in the belief system of the four great bodhisattvas since Ming and Qing dynasties;
(1) system is loose, secondary unknown, and the combination is chaotic.
(2) Divinity is pervasive, righteousness is not colorful, and man and god are divided.
(3) structural imbalance and status gap will collapse after a long time.
④ Functionalization trend, disappearance of individuality and insufficient complementarity.
The significance of the transformation from four bodhisattvas to five bodhisattvas;
1. Thinking, compassion, wisdom, kindness, five grades, achievements and personality performance
(1) Bodhisattva Dizang-Dayuan [Li Yu] (Jiuhuashan)
Minimum guarantee in the afterlife, eliminating secular karma.
② Samantabhadra Bodhisattva-Great Line [Diligence] (Emei Mountain)
Taking part in study and entering the dharma circle, practice is second to none.
(3) Guanyin Bodhisattva-compassion (Putuo Mountain)
In the face of real suffering, we should be brave enough to take responsibility.
(4) Manjusri Bodhisattva-Dazhi [Wukong] (Wutai Mountain)
Based on Prajna practice, wisdom leads to the ultimate.
⑤ Maitreya Bodhisattva-Daci Temple [Harmony] (Xuedou Mountain)
Your life lies in application, and you are willing to witness the realm.
? However, the five Bodhisattvas have their own strengths and have an organic relationship that echoes each other. The image of Maitreya is varied, which can be Maitreya, Maitreya monk, Maitreya on earth and so on. They are all different, and they are theories obtained after previous challenges. Maitreya's smile is always open and supported by wisdom. The trend of Buddhist bodhisattva belief mode in Han dynasty;

Personal feelings:
? Learning Buddhism is not a sad face, it is very depressed and closed. We should be positive and optimistic. This is the beginning of Maitreya culture and dares to get rid of the darkness of life and society. We should not be too conservative. Neo-Maitreya belief is not only the belief of a cloth bag monk, but also a type of Maitreya, and what we are talking about today is Maitreya belief. The construction of Xuedou Mountain is in the same strain as the creation of Maitreya Buddha, which has brought energy and impact to Buddhism in China and made Buddhism in China rise even more!
