Taoist Inner Canon Cultivation Pictures - Detailed Explanation
An examination of the creation time of the Inner Canon Pictures
Liu Zhi
"Cultural Relics" compiled by the China Medical History Museum The book "Selected Essences" contains a colorful painting of the "Inner Canon", which was collected by the Ruyi Hall of the Qing Dynasty; the author and time of this painting are not specified. As a pictorial form of Taoist teachings, the Baiyun Temple in Beijing also has the same one, which is a woodblock board with black and white pictures. It is said in Taoism that "the painting method is meticulous, the tendons, joints and veins are clearly annotated, and the key points of the orifices are hidden one by one" (see the Baiyun Guanzang Picture for its description). The collection of images, poems and lingo on one page is a typical style of health-preserving books during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, such as Gao Lian's "Eight Notes on Life", Zhou Luqing's "Red Phoenix Essence", Gong Juzhong's "Book of Longevity Pills" and The Qing Dynasty medical scientist Cao Wuji's "Wanshou Immortal Book? Immortals Guidance Pictures" and other works are accompanied by illustrations. However, the above illustrations are to guide actions based on the reputation of the gods, while "Nei Jing Pictures" focuses on depicting the inside of the human body. It also belongs to the same style as the illustrations in "Guidezhi of Life" from the Jiajing and Wanli years, so it is also called "Inner Scenery". Regarding its creation time, we can find the answer by combining the three aspects of the signature, the poem, and the painting style.
As for the signature, there is a "knowing" text written by the collector Suyun Taoist under the Baiyun Guan collection. The full text is:
This picture has no copy, Yuandan The Tao is vast and subtle, and people with dull faculties cannot grasp it, so it is rarely passed down to the world. I occasionally inspected calligraphy and paintings in Gaosong Mountain Studio. This picture is suitable for hanging on the wall. The painting method is meticulous, the tendons, joints and veins are clearly annotated, and the key points are hidden one by one. After playing with it for a long time, I felt that I had an understanding. I finally realized that the breath and exhalation of the body are the news of the increase and decrease of the heaven and the earth. If you can understand it clearly, you have already thought about the golden elixir road halfway. I sincerely do not dare to gain it for myself, but I am eager to publish it and spread it widely. Suyun Taoist Liu Cheng's seal was engraved with respect and recognition. Bancun Baiyun Temple in Kyoto.
The time is "Lotus Moon Shanghuan in the Bingxu Year of Guangxu" - early June of the lunar calendar in the 12th year of Guangxu.
From the above text, we can get three insights:
First, Taoism regards the "Nei Jing Tu" as an inner alchemy work.
Second, the Baiyun Guanban is a copy, not the first.
Thirdly, the lower limit of its creation time should be before the "Bingxu Year of Guangxu".
Looking at the poem title of "Pictures of the Nei Jing", although there are different versions handed down from generation to generation, they all have a poem with seven rhymes:
The iron ox plows the land and cultivates money, and the children carve stones to carry it through.
The world is hidden in a grain of millet, and the mountains and rivers are cooked in half a liter of pan.
The white-headed old man has his eyebrows lowered to the ground, and the green-eyed monk holds his hands up to the sky.
If you ask about this mystery, there is no mystery other than this mystery.
This poem comes from "The Complete Book of Lu Zu". It was written by the Taoist believer Liu Tishu and other fujis during the Shunzhi period of the early Qing Dynasty. The words in the picture above are slightly changed or copied by mistake, so I won't go into details here. explain. Looking back at Taoism in the early Qing Dynasty, Wang Changyue, the seventh generation lawyer of Longmen, went north to the capital from the reclusive Songshan Mountain. "He was ordered to give lectures on Baiyun Temple. He was given purple clothes three times, went to the altar to preach, and saved more than a thousand disciples." (Qing Dynasty Wanyan Chongshi's "Kun" Monument of Yangwang Zhenren’s Taoism”). For a time, there was a Longmen resurgence trend in the history of Taoism, that is, it complied with the needs of the current situation and won the courtesy of the rulers. Therefore, the Qing court, which always respected Lamaism, received the "Inner Canon Picture" of the Longmen Neidan School of Taoism that respected Lu Dongbin. , not a strange thing. However, after Shunzhi, Kangxi, and Yongzheng, "Taoists are despicable and should not use toilets and attend classes". This was an open discrimination in the Qianlong Dynasty. From then on, the Forbidden City closed the door to Taoism. After that, the Qing Court 170 In the turbulent years, Taoism, which is aging day by day, has lost its way of presenting pictures. Based on this, we say that the painted "Inner Canon Picture" should be a work of the early Qing Dynasty. If we conduct some textual research based on the combination of Taoist riddles and the painting style of "Inner Canon Picture", this point can be fully explained:
< p> Around the Spring and Autumn Period, a literary game called "Shou Ci" or "Yin" appeared in Chinese classics, which is recorded in Guoyu, Lu's Spring and Autumn Annals, and Han Feizi. "Guoyu·Jinyu": "There are people from Qin who have resigned from the dynasty, and no official can do anything about it..."Around the Han and Wei dynasties, Wei Boyang, a "high disciple" of Wuzhong, will His name was hidden in the sloppy words of "let's wait for the time to do harm...", and his "Zhou Yi Shen Tong Qi" "The rhyme and rhyme of his words are all ancient, and it is difficult to understand the elegance and elegance". After Peng Xiao of the Five Dynasties praised and developed it, Taoism He was regarded as the "King of Alchemy". From then on, the implicit and hidden style of Taoist inner alchemy school was established.
Taoism in the Song Dynasty not only achieved a lofty status politically, but also was in an important period of being "refined" in the same furnace of the three religions in terms of theory and method, and the profoundness of Taoist classics , obscure expression method, but it has never deviated from the track of cultural customs. The "Nanzong Ancestral Book" and "Wuzhen Pian" that came out at this time were denounced by later generations Wang Yangming as a "mistruth", which is always somewhat ambiguous with its language. Get involved.
The book "Xing Ming Gui Zhi", which appeared under the influence of the mystery play style in the Ming Dynasty, can be said to be the branch of the general trend of cultural customs and the fruit of Taoism. The "Nei Jing Pictures" in the early Qing Dynasty directly inherited the painting style of "The Guidance of Life" in terms of creative style. The difference is that the illustrations are more artistic and visual.
If it weren't for the hint of the "Iron Bull" poem, it would be difficult for readers to discover that what is drawn in the "Nei Jing Diagram" is actually a "human body"! For example: "Kunlun" is marked on the "Reflection Diagram" of "The Guidance of Life" The so-called "upper Dantian" parts of the Dan family, such as "Dingping" and "Zhurong Peak", are always depicted in the shape of peaks and mountains in the "Nei Jing Diagram", making the entire human form "completely hidden" in the "landscape", a combination of Taoist riddles and pictures. , more vividly describes the principles of Taoist inner elixir cultivation, and provides a convenient way for later practitioners.
Deciphering Dan Poems
Deciphering Dan Poems
1. The iron ox plows the land and sows money - refers to the transportation of kidney qi. The transportation work can be divided into ox cart, sheep cart and deer cart. Because it is the first time to cultivate, the money planted in the ox cart is a metaphor for the precious harvest. A metaphor for the golden elixir.
The child who carves the stone connects the threads, which contains the secrets of heaven and earth. "Song of the Righteous Way" says, "If you meet a god and tell him the secret, you can catch the Beidou Zhoutian Wheel." This is what it means.
The world is hidden in a grain of millet - the microcosm is the same as the macrocosm, and the elixir seed is the source of the entire life.
Cooking the mountains and rivers in a half-liter pan - the universe of mountains and rivers, the mystery is also the same as the cooking time in the pan. The Lord is in the fire.
The white-headed old man has his eyebrows drooping - those with white heads are angry. Refers to the Qi flowing from the Du Vessel, and then guiding the Yin fluid down along the head and face.
The blue-eyed Hu Monk holds the sky in his hands - he holds the sky in his hands and builds the Magpie Bridge with his fingers. The two meridians of Ren and Du are smoothed by the tongue on the roof of the mouth.
If you ask this mysterious question, you will get the opportunity to understand the destiny. This skill is the ultimate.
There is no mystery other than this mystery - apart from this, there is nothing else.
2. My family cultivates their own land - there is arable land in the human body, and there is no need to ask for it from outside.
It can nourish spiritual seedlings and live for thousands of years - the field in the body can nourish life and live forever.
The flowers are like golden buds but not too big - the flowers that bloom are golden flowers, not too big. The golden flower is the true energy. The first buds are red seeds, which are young and small.
The seeds are like jade and the fruits are all round - only about the size of corn.
Cultivation is all based on the soil of the palace - meaning is the focus of the work.
Irrigation must rely on Shangguquan - Qi goes up, and liquid flows down from the upper Dantian.
One day the merits will be fulfilled - the fire is sufficient and the time is up until the merits are fulfilled.
It is Penglai Daluo Immortal - Daluo Jinxian, the best in the immortal world.
3. Where can I find the door to all wonders? The mechanism turns the water to flow backwards; the bottom of the deep pool should reach the bottom, and the sweet springs surge up all over the mountain. The water flows backwards because the kidney water rushes upwards, so it flows backwards. Kidney qi is an acquired function. It comes from the innate kidney water, which is caused by "iron ox plowing the land", which is like the ox cart carrying up the mountain ridge. The top of the mountain is the top of the mountain. When the kidney qi reaches its peak, body fluid is produced in the mouth and a sweet spring springs up. This is the appearance of excessive qi producing liquid, which is connected with any supervision.
4. The name of the kidney god is Xuanming, and the word is Yuying - see "Huang Ting Jing? Chapter 8 of Heart and Soul".
5. The name of the mind is Danyuan and the courtesy name is Shouling - see "Huangting Jing? Chapter 8 of the Mind".
6. The word "Dragon Smoke" for Liver God is clear - see "Huang Ting Jing? Chapter 8 of Heart God".
7. The word "Lung God Haohua" is false - see "Huang Ting Jing? Heart God Chapter 8".
8. Dan Shenlong Yaozi Wei Ming - see "Huangting Jing? Heart and God Chapter 8". Note: In this picture, the five internal organs lack the spleen, and the six internal organs only mention the gallbladder. The spleen is the central earth, metaphorically speaking, it is the medium that exchanges water and fire. It is already present in cultivation and is indispensable, so it is not used to refine the internal organs and spirit. As for gallbladder, this is one of the six internal organs. Originally, the five internal organs are responsible for storing essence without leaking, and the six internal organs are responsible for transmitting and transforming substances without hiding them. However, the function of the gallbladder is to store the essence of the five internal organs, so it is particularly emphasized. In later generations, "triple burner" replaced gallbladder as the representative role of the six internal organs, such as "Liu Zi Jue".
9. The last three passes: Weilu Xiaguan, Jiaji Zhongguan, and Yuzhen Shangguan are collectively called the three passes. The location of these three passes, as they develop to Zhonglu, has different descriptions. "Lingbao Bifa? The fifth golden crystal flying behind the elbow" Zhong Lu believes that Tianzhu is Shangguan, which is equivalent to the lower part of the third cervical vertebra; Shinto is Zhongguan, which is equivalent to the lower fifth thoracic vertebra; Mingmen is Xiaguan, Equivalent to the second section of the lumbar vertebrae.
10. The first three Dantian: lower Dantian Qihai, middle Dantian Jianggong, and upper Dantian Niwan.
11. The secret of the Twelve-layered Tower - the Twelve-layered Tower, which is the laryngeal cartilage. The secret is that when the air and liquid meet, swallow fluid or swallow the air to seek the elixir in reverse.
12. The yin and yang Xuan Ni car - Xuan Ni, is where all things come from. Chen Tuan used it as a preparation for "refining Qi". This is a metaphor for the appearance of the elixir seed in the mysterious female car, when the yin and yang are in chaos, and the true energy emerges from it. "Lao Tzu? Chapter 6": "The immortality of the Grain God is called Xuan Ni. The gate of Xuan Ni is called the root of heaven and earth. If it exists, it will not be used diligently."
13. Water and fire connect the earth. ——This place is designated as lower Dantian, indicating that Zhenqi originated here. "Wuzhen Chapter" says, "It is important to know that the source of the medicine-producing river is only the hometown in the southwest." "Home Sympathetic Palace", all have this meaning.
14. The Jiaji doubles as a double-closed door. This is the root of the practice path - Qi must go up along the Jiaji. This is the basic method of refining Qi. When the Qi reaches the top of the head, there is a Niwan Palace on the top of the head, which is the ultimate in cultivation.
Interpretation of Li Jingwei's "Nei Jing Tu"
1. Regarding the name of "Nei Jing Tu":
"Nei Jing Tu" may also be called "Inner Scenery Tu". In fact, the content and the purpose of the illustration are very different, and of course they are also related.
Strictly speaking, "Inner Scenery" is an anatomical diagram of human internal organs. Its purpose is to provide diagrams for those who study human anatomy and the relationship between internal organs, while "Nei Jing Diagram" is obviously rich in the purpose of illustrating Taoist health methods. "Inner Canon Pictures" and "Inner Scenery Pictures" may actually originate from the relevant contents of the "Huangdi Neijing", and the name of "Nei Jing Pictures" may contain the meaning of the "Inner Alchemy Cultivation" classic.
2. The relationship between "Nei Jing Diagram" and traditional Chinese medicine and Taoism
From the content essence of "Nei Jing Diagram", the relationship between the physiology and anatomical parts of human organs, meridians and meridians is shown. It is closely related to the knowledge of health, longevity and health preservation in traditional Chinese medicine, or it may originate from the development of the content of traditional Chinese medicine. However, judging from the renaming and definition of the physiological functions of the human body's organs and the graphic illustrations of the practice methods, its language features and Taoist theory are more prominent.
The development of traditional Chinese medicine has a close relationship with Chinese Taoism in history. In particular, the theory and technology of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation are very closely related to Taoist ideas of immortality and practice methods. Taoist thought has a deep penetration into the Huangdi Neijing, the source of traditional Chinese medicine theory, and the classic Chinese medicine book, Shennong's Materia Medica. In other words, Taoist thoughts on health and longevity have guided the development of traditional Chinese medicine to a certain extent. For example: "The Yellow Emperor's Internal Canon? Su Wen" opens with the Yellow Emperor asking the Heavenly Master: "I have heard that people in ancient times lived a hundred years in the Spring and Autumn Period, but their movements did not decline; why do people today, who are half a hundred years old, yet their movements decline? "Huh?" Qi Bo said to him, "People in ancient times knew that the law was based on yin and yang, and they were based on magic... and they would die after a hundred years." And the whole body. "So it can live long in the world, and there is no end." "Shen Nong's Materia Medica" divides medicine into three categories: upper, middle and lower. , is almost entirely a Taoist theory of taking alchemy to achieve health, longevity and even immortality.
The famous ancient Chinese medicine scientists Ge Hong of Jin Dynasty, Tao Hongjing of Liang Dynasty, Sun Simiao of Tang Dynasty, Li Shizhen of Ming Dynasty, etc. are not only great medical scientists, but also have done a lot of research on Taoist health and fitness for their proficiency in Taoist theories. The university asks experts. Not only have they made significant achievements in the development of traditional Chinese medicine, but they have also made indelible contributions in integrating Taoist ideas and methods of health and wellness into traditional Chinese medicine and promoting the improvement of health and longevity in traditional Chinese medicine.
With the progress of society and the development of science, Taoist health care is pursuing the goal of immortality. In the late Tang, Song, and Ming dynasties, they increasingly integrated its content, human organs, meridians, and postural functions into With the mystification, the implicit and hidden style has developed, the riddles and cryptic words have become generalized, and there are increasingly different opinions on naming and theory, making it increasingly difficult for ordinary people to understand and master, and it has become the patent of a few Taoists and Taoist priests. Under the influence of Taoist health-preserving thoughts, traditional Chinese medicine gradually got rid of the constraints of the goal of cultivating and becoming an immortal. Instead, it fully absorbed and developed ideas and technologies such as beneficial to human health, prevention and treatment of diseases, etc., thus increasingly becoming a representative of more scientific health-preserving and cultivating.
3. Taoist health preservation and "Nei Jing Tu"
Taoist ideas, methods and techniques for pursuing health and prolonging life are concentrated in:
1. Practicing immortality The elixir, in the hope of becoming an immortal by taking the elixir of immortality, is the alchemy sect, later known as the outer elixir;
2. Practicing the inner elixir, later generations developed the Jing Yang Gong, which is about refining the outer elixir. Several academic theories and terms were introduced into the human body resting exercises, or what is now known as qigong;
3. Daoying dynamic exercises represented by Wuqinxi and Tai Chi.
Taking alchemy and taking it was popular in the Qin, Han, Wei and Jin dynasties. It was opposed and denounced by medical scientists and academic circles because it caused widespread poisoning among those who took it, and then declined. Quiet Qigong and dynamic Wuqinxi and Tai Chi continue to be developed and enriched.
The "Nei Jing Diagram" represents the true meaning of Taoist Jingyang Gong thoughts and techniques. Its oblique words, riddles, and argots appear in large numbers in the illustrations and discussions, which is a typical Taoist style since the Song and Ming Dynasties.
According to analysis and research, the "Inner Canon Picture" was probably painted by a Taoist painter from the Ruyi Pavilion of the Imperial Palace in the early Qing Dynasty. The creative basis for the "Inner Canon Picture" should have originated from the work of an anonymous disciple of Yin Zhenren, a qigong expert in the Ming Dynasty, during the Wanli period. (1573-1619) wrote "Xing Ming Gui Zhi". Some people compare "Nei Jing Tu" with "Xing Ming Gui Zhi" and believe that "Nei Jing Tu" directly inherits the mystery of exquisite drawings such as the reflection picture of "Xing Ming Gui Zhi" The painting style makes the illustrations of Jing Gong Xiao Zhou Tianfa (inner alchemy practice) more obscure, more vivid, and more artistic, making the entire human body image completely hidden in a "landscape", thus combining riddles and cryptic words with exquisite pictures , vividly describes the Taoist scriptures, methods and techniques of "inner elixir cultivation".
The so-called inner elixir: the human body is compared to a furnace cauldron, the essence and qi are used as medicine, the essence and qi are transported by the spirit, and the elixir is formed through the cultivation of thoughts. This is the inner elixir, also known as the Holy Embryo. Su Xuanlang of the Sui Dynasty called the guidance of qi movement as inner elixir. Master Wang revealed the characteristics of the inner alchemy, "mostly in cryptic terms, with the theory of dragon and tiger, lead and mercury intercourse, so that one can realize oneself."
The so-called Xiao Zhou Tian: the full name is "Yin and Yang Cycle Xiao Zhou Tian" "Sunday". Practitioners sit quietly with their eyes closed, and inhale clear air through their noses, so that the inhaled air descends below the navel (dantian), passes through the anus, and goes up along the tail of the Du Channel (Xiaguan), passing through Jiaji (Zhongguan) to Yuzhen (Shangguan) , go to Baihui on the top of the head, enter the Minwan (upper Dantian, or between the eyebrows as the upper Dantian), follow the face to the tongue and connect with the Ren channel, go to the Tanzhong (middle Dantian) of the front chest, and then go down to the lower Dantian. Follow the original path, that is, a small week.
Practitioners can decide where to collect their Qi and focus on it according to their physical conditions and diseases, in order to achieve the purpose of strengthening their bodies, eliminating diseases, and prolonging their lives.
According to Taoism: the upper, middle and lower Dantian, after the upper, middle and lower three gates are opened, the Ren and Du channels can circulate, thereby enhancing physical strength, resisting diseases, prolonging life and even becoming immortal.
IV. Introduction to the main terms in "Nei Jing Tu"
Shangdantian: It is the location of Baihui, that is, Niwan Palace, Shengyang Mansion, Kunlun Peak, Lingtai, etc., as referred to by Taoists There are many names. It can be said that they are named after each one. There are different opinions, but they are mostly based on the brain. Among them, xuanguan refers to the center of the cross between the eyes, eyebrows, forehead, and nose bones. Taoists also attach great importance to this, thinking it is the door to Taoism, or generally refers to the foundation of qigong. It is considered to be the spiritual root of heaven and earth, the ancestral orifice, and ancestral Qi. The most precious thing.
Middle Dantian: It is the location of the Tanzhong, from the twelve floors down from the sustenance pulp (referring to the throat) to the Huangting (referring to the empty orifice in the human body, or under the heart...), with the cow Lang represents the yang of the heart, and the liver, gallbladder, and spleen all have their own specialties, and the two cultivate the heart together. Therefore, there is a saying: "My family specializes in cultivating our own fields, which can raise spiritual seedlings and live for thousands of years... Irrigation must be provided by the Shanggu Spring (referring to the top of the tongue, the so-called The white-headed Laozi's eyebrows are down and the fluid reaches the magpie bridge). One day when his merits are fulfilled, he will be the Penglai Daluo Immortal."
The lower Dantian: the Zhengdantian, which is located under the navel, may be called the sea of ??qi. , the place where life is stored, the Weaver Girl represents the kidney as negative.
According to Taoism, the Weaver Girl is used to represent the kidney, which is the true yin, and the hexagram is the barrier; the cowherd is used to represent the heart, which is the true yang, and the hexagram is separation. The combination of yin and yang is a true couple, and the combination of yin and yang produces elixir. medicine, so there is also the metaphor of Kanli sexual intercourse, where the yin and yang of male and female sexual intercourse combine to produce elixirs. Heart-kidney intercourse, water-fire intercourse, dragon-tiger intercourse, etc., are all terms used in Qigong practice. The "water and fire intersection refining pool" in the picture is a metaphor for the place where the heart and kidneys intersect.
Weilu Pass: Xiaguan, located at the distal section of the coccyx and sacrum of the human body, or at the location of the Changqiang point. It is the transition point from the Ren meridian to the Du meridian, and is also the junction between the Yin and Du meridian of the Ren meridian. The place where the yang meets, "Golden Elixir Dachengji": "The moment of water and fire is called Weilu Pass." It is also called Xuwei point and Weilu point, or it is called the opportunity for heaven and man to unite, the way for the separation of child and mother, and the essence. The gathering and dispersion of Qi is always here, the origin of water and fire is also here, and the changes of Yin and Yang are also here. Taoists believe that this point is "connected to the shore of life and death", while immortals call it the Cave of Life and Death. This shows how important it is, and it is also the most difficult place to pass in practice.
Jiaji Pass: That is the Windmill Pass, which is the middle pass. There is very little information on its meaning. It is only known that it is the second pass for practicing Yin and Yang and Hehe Uplink. According to the "Golden Elixir Dacheng Collection", it is named Windmill Pass, which is similar to It has the metaphorical meaning of improvement.
Yujingguan: It is Shangguan, that is, the jade pillow, located on the upper edge of the occipital tuberosity. "The Complete Collection of Golden Elixir": "The back of the head is called Jade Pillow Pass". From here, it can go up to the Niwan Palace to complete the connection of the Ren and Du meridians and achieve the circulation of the Ren and Du meridians, which is of course also very important.
"Iron ox plows the land and grows money". The iron ox plows the land, which is a metaphor for cultivating the Lower Dantian. The three combinations of Jing, Qi and Shen are not easy to pass through the Weilu Pass. Iron furnace, the fire in the furnace is very blazing, making water and fire complement each other, and water and fire intersect. In the picture, there is an elixir cauldron with a strong fire, and there are boys and girls driving in the water below. It is a metaphor for promoting the intersection of water and fire, the intersection of heart and kidney, the union of yin and yang, and the intercourse of Kanli to produce elixirs. At this meeting, it is very crucial to pass the customs, so the passage "The iron ox plows the land and grows money..." is used as a metaphor.
"Nei Jing Diagram" combines traditional Chinese medicine's understanding of human physiology and pathology, the five internal organs of the human body such as the heart, liver, spleen, lungs, and kidneys, as well as the six internal organs such as the gallbladder, small intestine, large intestine, bladder, and stomach, as well as the Rendu channel. The physiological functions, anatomical relationships and mutual relationships with the twelve meridians are designed according to the Taoist Alchemy Theory, and the human body is designed into a small world, which is constantly deified, mystified, and visualized. Taoist masters in different periods use abstract The slang words, riddle words, and argots are each named as metaphors. They may also be related to Taoism and Taoism's gradual transformation into Taoist theory. They may also be related to the pursuit of health and longevity and the pursuit of immortality. It may also be related to Taoist priests, Taoist masters, Taoist priests, and Taoist people. Continuously mystifying it is to gain the favor of the highest rulers in the past dynasties, to gain the development of Taoism, and to gain an invincible position in the battle with Buddhism.
In short, this mystification is probably the opposite of the original intention of the Taoist masters. It gradually makes itself more isolated. The process of mystification also promotes the continuous penetration of non-scientific content. My major is the study of the history of the development of medicine, and I have rarely touched on the relationship between Taoism, Buddhism, philosophical thought and the development of medicine. In order to gain a thorough understanding of the "Nei Jing Tu", I hope that today's Taoist academic researchers, Taoism Teachers and friends who are interested in this, please participate together, click to verify, so that what is shown in the "Nei Jing Diagram" can serve our health more.
Explanation of Wang Liping's "Nei Jing Diagram"
The secret to solving the "Nei Jing Diagram" is Guan and Qiao. Going through three levels and passing through nine to reach the aperture is the secret aperture. Once the air string moves to these parts, you need to pay attention.
The three passes are Weulu Pass, Jiaji Pass and Yuzhen Pass.
The tail gate is at the end of the back. There are seven joints and seven acupuncture points. What we practice is the passage of these seven acupuncture points, which connect the inner kidneys, one for men and one for women. The inner kidney is the place where sperm is stored and eggs are hatched. There is a marrow path going up. The marrow path used to be called Heche, Yellow River, or Caolu. It leads to Niwan, which is the way for Yang Qi to rise. Until the seventh section is opposite to the inner kidney, it is called Jiaji Pass.
- Once the Qi reaches Jiaji Pass, once the Qi stops between the two kidneys, use rapid fire to burn it.
We need to look at the time, when we need to inhale long, when we need to exhale short, when the abdominal cavity needs to go inward, and when the wind needs to enter, we need to find a way to blow up the air. Now it is called Sunda Wind.
Go further up Jiaji Pass, up to the Lingfeng Point on the back of the head, and then reach Yuzhen Pass.
The first process of alchemy is to grasp these three levels. Only after mastering the three levels can you pass the three levels to Nijiu, then descend, and change the elixir-returning jade liquid into the elixir-returning gold liquid.
It is more convenient to combine the "Intelligent Method" and the "Three Immortals Technique" to practice. The three lines pulled in front are exactly the three levels behind you.
The predecessor of human beings was Mita. Shangtian is called Niwan, also called Huachi. The first Huata, Shanghuachi, has a square garden of one inch and two, and a hole in the void, which is the place where the gods are hidden. From the center of the eyebrow to the inside, one inch is the bright hall, two inches is the bridal chamber, and three inches is the mud ball. There is a white-headed old man sitting in the bridal chamber to check whether you can enter. When the Qi intake reaches two inches, the person wears a hoop called Luotai on his head. At this time, the person feels very uncomfortable. If you don't practice Qigong and don't think about it, you will give up and start over again. At this time, we must grasp the balance between the two points of the Jade Pillow and Tianmu Point, that is, find a way to plow out the middle field. It must be done with eyes closed, as the liver opens its eyes to the eyes. With the eyes open, the Yang Shen leaks, and the table cannot rise from the kidneys to the liver.
From the center of the eyebrows downward toward the mouth, there are two points, which are the dark orifices, which are two points held by a person's hands, on the palate, that is, on the nose. In the past, the two points on the bridge of the nose were called Jinqiao and Shangqueqiao. Nose pins must be used to seal the magpie bridge.
The two points under the tongue should be opened. After opening, the lower trachea and throat have twelve sections, called Chonglou, which can be used for eating and breathing, and can also lead to the gastrointestinal tract.
From below the trachea to the lungs, there are many dark orifices in the lungs. The lung orifice is generally called gold, and liquid and gas come out from here. Some gas can appear, and the doctor said that a little liquid can also appear. How the liquid came out is not yet clear.
There is an orifice in the heart, which is the little man sitting in the picture. There is an orifice in the little man, which is also a dark orifice, named Hui Jiang Palace. It is the place where Jin Gong and Huang Po meet, and the dragon and tiger meet.
Three cun and six points straight down, it is called Tu Ke Huang Ting Palace, which is the middle field. It is one cun and two inches in diameter. It is the place where Qi is stored and the cauldron for alchemy. The outside is opposite to the Navel Gate, about three cun and six minutes wide. Therefore, it is said that there are three inches and six in the sky, and three inches and six in the earth. (This turns to the Lingbao Bifa) From the sky to the earth, it is eighty-four thousand miles, and from the heart to the kidneys, it is eight inches and four points. There is a Shengmen in the umbilical door, and there are seven orifices inside that lead to the external kidney. The external kidney is the place where the essence moves. At this time, men and women should practice separately. Lesbians do not have external kidneys, and there is a hole in the spiracle leading to the ovary. Men should lift their kidneys, while women should tighten their abdomen.
There is a point in front of the umbilical kidney called Qihai (it is not the Qihai of the acupuncture point). The square garden is one inch and two, and there is a Huachi inside. The ancients called it Xiatian, which is a place where essence is stored and where medicine is collected. . Here is the furnace, the furnace is placed upside down, the tripod is on top, the furnace is on the bottom, and the sun is placed: going retrograde will make you an immortal, and moving forward will make you a human.
There are two orifices further down, the upper one leads to the inner kidney, and the lower one leads to the tail. The middle of the tail is the xuanguan (xuanguan is not an orifice). This is where something comes out of nothing. The entrance must also be burned with fire. If the fire does not burn the entrance, the entrance will not be opened. When the Qigong is fully refined and the Qi is sufficient, it will naturally produce a kind of Qi. If the entrance is opened by itself, the three acupoints of the golden elixir can be refined. At this time, we should pay attention to the changes in flow and the changes in Xiaqueqiao. The lower orifice and the entire lower abdomen of Xiaqueqiao are called Kangong: it is the location of the kidneys. The outer kidney is yin and the inner yang is the inner yang. The vitality is stored in the middle, which is the life, lead, tiger, and swallowing points. The Kun furnace is located behind the navel and in front of the tail gate. There are several acupoints at the tail end of Xiaqueqiao. There are valleys, which are yin orifices. They are empty acupoints that can release Qi and food. There is Qianyin point in front, which is inner Yin and outer Yang. These two acupuncture points must be connected, and a bridge must be built, which is based on the perineum point. So I tell you that you must seal the bottom three yins. If the bottom hole is sealed, people can maintain health and live a long life.
Now practice the exercises and think of ways to ensure that the six roots do not leak: 1. Hold against the valley and seal the lower three yins, which are the roots of life and death, so that the roots of the body do not leak; 2. Use a nose clip to clamp the nose orifice. Clamp the acupoint on Shangqueqiao, so that the root of the nose does not leak; 3. The ears do not hear external objects, and the base of the ears does not leak; 4. The kiss and teeth meet, the tongue is on the upper palate, and the base of the tongue does not leak; 5. Close the eyes, and return the light to the eyes. , naturally motionless, the eyes are not leaking; six, not a single thought arises, a single intention is not dispersed, the six desires are not suppressed, the six dusts are not stained, the mind is not leaking, this is the most difficult to practice.
Only when the six roots are intact can you collect medicine and make elixirs. Alchemy is actually a kind of meditation. The elderly are frail and sick, so it is best not to make elixirs.
If the six sense organs are not leaking, the six sense organs will naturally vibrate. If someone feels vibration, it is an example of six-root vibration. There are thirty-six movements, thirty-six real people, three parts and eight scenes. The phenomenon of six root vibrations is excerpted from the "Lingbao Sutra": Shen controls Qi, and uses Shen to control one's own Qi path; Qi nourishes Shen, and Qi nourishes Shen. Only when Qi is sufficient can Shen be strong, and only when Shen is strong can he control himself and truly cultivate himself to the point of true conversion of Shen Qi. Great concentration, blended into one body, forming a golden elixir. A shock can cause heat in the lower abdomen from the navel to the vulva, which can cause fever throughout the body and cause severe vibrations. At this time, you must seal the lower three orifices and build a magpie bridge to prevent the heat from relieving. As soon as it gets cold, immediately turn your thoughts to the two orifices under the tongue; second shock, the two kidneys are hot, and there is an acute heat, your thoughts should be turned below the navel; three shocks, the eyes will light up and shed tears; four shocks, wind behind the ears, pay attention to the changes in the two vaginas, women pay attention to the changes in the ovaries, so that the female dragon returns to the underworld; men, pay attention The changes in the external kidneys have caused the glans to retract and retract into the abdominal cavity. At this time, I start to practice elixirs. Five shocks, the buzzing of vultures in my head, vibrations, body trembling, and unbearable. At this time, it is necessary to run the Maoyou Zhoutian, which is not higher than the heart and lower than the navel.
During the Maoyou week, the kidneys, liver, heart, stomach, and lungs are in phase; the six vibrations are when the root of the nose vibrates. What flows is not mucus, but the root is like water. You need to let it drain out, and then put a nose clip on it. There are two acupoints on Shangqueqiao. You need to see the two acupoints inside the nostrils. The six shocks are in line with our practice process, and we have already begun to have small medicines.
From the Nei Jing diagram and the Cultivation Diagram, we can see what diseases a person has, what diseases he had before practicing Qigong, and what changes his condition will have after practicing Qigong. It can also be seen to what extent a person has practiced Qigong and how well he has practiced.
Taoism teaches that when looking at problems, one should step out of the outside world, treat things objectively, and observe things from the sidelines. It is difficult to be smart and even more difficult to be confused. When practicing the "Introduction to Immortals", you should rarely be confused, mind your own business, get out of self-interest factors, and handle family affairs well before you can practice the skill well.

After the twelve meridians turn and close, the Great Zhoutian is completed, the Rendu and Du meridians are opened, and the Small Zhoutian begins to move. After the twelve meridians are closed, the heat of practicing Qigong is turning, and it will be another scene
