March 3rd, called Shangsi Festival in ancient times, is a festival to commemorate the Yellow Emperor. According to legend, March 3rd is the birthday of the Yellow Emperor. China has had "On February 2nd, the dragon looked up; I was born in Xuanyuan on March 3rd. After Wei and Jin Dynasties, Shangsi Festival was changed to March 3, which was followed by later generations, thus becoming a festival for Han people to drink by the water and have a spring outing in the suburbs.

March 3rd is a traditional outing festival for Li people. According to legend, during the flood, Tian Fei and Guanyin's brother and sister drifted to Wuzhishan and survived. At that time, young men and women can also be seen in pairs for "mountain love", which is a unique way of love.
