I am very excited to speak on behalf of nearly ten thousand female judges and all female pacesetters. First of all, I want to thank the industry leaders for creating a stage for our female appraisers and giving us the opportunity to improve and progress. At the same time, we also want to thank our family members for their support and our male appraisers for their help. This is not only an honor, but also represents our group's responsibility to the industry and society, urging us to take the healthy development of the industry as our own responsibility and pursue it unremittingly in our career.
As women's role models, the all-round and harmonious development of career, family, study and social responsibility requires us to make more and greater efforts than ordinary people.
As female managers, we should not only have the mind and courage to take care of the overall situation, but also have the gentle and delicate details management unique to women. We have spent a lot of efforts in corporate culture construction, internal governance, business development, employee training and other aspects, accumulating institutional progress bit by bit and enhancing the image of the industry.
The development of the changing era, the unpredictable economic environment and the explosive growth of all kinds of knowledge and information have brought us all kinds of practical problems. Learning can make us have more conflicts with customers, our friends and our employees, and it can also make us confident from the heart and let us exude the charm of intellectual beauty. We should not only pay attention to our own learning, but also strive to create a learning organizational atmosphere in the organization. Emphasize everyone's learning and promotion, so that everyone can be promoted in a learning organization without bottlenecks and glass ceilings. The satisfaction brought by career promotion and the affirmation of self-value are the soul of a learning organization and the focus of our corporate culture construction.
Family care is the source of happiness in our life. As a mother of a wife and children, it is very important to get the support of her family and arrange family affairs reasonably for the harmony of her family and the smooth development of her career. Similarly, our employees also need a harmonious family life. Therefore, caring for employees lies in getting the support of family members for our work. On holidays, bring greetings to family members, let them participate in our collective activities, learn more about our corporate culture and the value of our work, and they will certainly get their support for their lover's work, which is also an emotional medicine to maintain the stability of employees.
Many of us may feel guilty about our children. We can't have too much time to help them with their homework in broad daylight, and we can't often go out for an outing with them on weekends. Sometimes we can't even attend the parents' meeting. But in retrospect, when we worked hard with a big belly, continued to study at home after a day's work, improved the knowledge structure, and won various honors to share with our children at work, I think our words and deeds set a good example for the next generation to strive for self-improvement.
Looking back, we have always been confused about evaluating the development of our career, and even had a wavering confidence in evaluating the development of our career. However, winter is bound to usher in beautiful spring. Since the independence of China Appraisal Association, the industry standard construction, personnel training and follow-up education have developed continuously and orderly. Our appraisers play an increasingly important role in social and economic activities, and our industry occupies an increasingly important position in international exchanges, which makes us see the hope of the appraisal cause, attracts a large number of outstanding talents to join our industry, gives us great courage and encouragement, and makes us determined to be in the whole appraisal industry. The leaders of our trade association, many staff members of the trade association, especially the ladies of our association, have done a lot of work for us regardless of hardships and personal gains and losses, which has given our evaluation industry a new life. I am here to thank you for your hard work on behalf of the appraisers, and to learn from the heroes of the association on behalf of the female appraisers.
"Without the development of the industry, there would be no development of our organization and no development of our individuals." . We should also cherish the hard-won industry accumulation. Every time I attend the training courses and meetings of the association, I not only improve my business ability, but also feel the guidance of the association to our industry culture. Almost every training class and meeting, I will arrange exchanges between institutions so that everyone can get familiar with each other and discuss with each other. Many colleagues have become mentors in life and work and have carried out various business cooperation. Trust comes from the accumulation of bits and pieces, and it may only be a word and one thing that destroys trust. On behalf of the majority of women, I would like to appeal to appraisers to cherish this hard-won accumulation and progress, communicate more, learn more, be less short-sighted and selfish, and undermine each other. We trust each other, improve together, * * * study new business areas, develop the blue ocean of evaluation industry, develop our industry, and make contributions to social progress and economic development. Yesterday, I won the National Outstanding Female Entrepreneur Award at the All-China Women's Federation's celebration of the 30th anniversary of reform and opening up. There are *** 179 in China, only five in the intermediary industry and four in the asset appraisal industry, which fully shows that our industry attaches importance to female appraisers!
Today, I am holding the certificate of "Women's Civilization Post" and "Women's Meritorious Model". I want to thank the executive directors who voted for me! Thanks to government departments at all levels, China Appraisers Association and Appraisers Association at all levels for their consistent support and help to our appraisers, thanks to friends from all walks of life for their trust, and thanks to hard-working employees! At the same time, thanks to the male appraisers. Without your cooperation, we wouldn't have achieved anything. This award is not only an honor, but also a reflection of China's asset appraisal industry's care for female appraisers, and an affirmation and encouragement for a young woman to keep her youthful spirit forever!
With this award, I can't help but recall the asset appraisal industry in China and the 12 years I struggled in this industry.
The spring breeze of 30 years of reform and opening up gave birth to and developed the asset appraisal industry. It is the reform and opening up that has brought us a golden opportunity. The asset appraisal industry has gone from weak to strong, from learning foreign experience to having its own theories, norms and some laws and regulations, from being unfamiliar with it in society to realizing its role in China's economic development. In this process, there are flowers and thorns; There are successes, setbacks and some unexpected things, but we are very persistent in this industry. Take the association as an example, the people who serve us have never changed! They love this industry, do everything possible to create development opportunities for appraisers in China, and never tell them to lead the industry. In fact, they deserve the prize most! It is under their leadership and with the guidance and help of associations at all levels that we have implemented Scientific Outlook on Development, explored in practice and innovated in development. We are very moved to reward the female appraiser today. Female appraisers are indeed more difficult than male appraisers in their work. They need to take care of children, serve the elderly and worry about their husbands. But they love appraisal, devote themselves to appraisal, overcome family difficulties and their physical differences with men, and work conscientiously. I can say that female appraisers are not behind male appraisers because of their gender!
Our company in China, like its peers, has developed rapidly for more than ten years. We insist on giving full play to the team role of appraisers, regard quality as life, win customers with credibility and seek development with strength. We encountered many difficulties in our work, shed tears and paid a lot of effort and sweat. We fought for China Oil for 100 days, just like fighting a war. At that time, we felt that it was a miracle to be alive after finishing the project! In recent years, we have done many large projects like PetroChina, which are characterized by a large number of people, complex projects, large assets, wide scope and tight time. There are many difficulties in each project, and we have overcome them one by one and made a little breakthrough. Both male and female appraisers in our company are the same. Whether it is cold or hot, they take their computers all over the country. Among the female examiners, I set an example and set an example first. I try my best to care about my employees and help them solve their difficulties. I feel that the more you care about them, the more motivated they are. Under the leadership of the leadership, others never complain about their work. Some people put off getting married for work, some people send their children to other people's homes, and some people travel for a long time. They all do husbands' jobs and arrange family life. Customer first, service first, or don't do it, do your best! Be the idea of every employee. Over the years, I have three experiences: first, insist on providing the best service to customers; Second, we must unite a group of high-quality professional teams; The third is to expand the influence and actively try to assume social responsibilities. We believe that sunshine is always after the storm! No matter how hard the work is, as long as you work hard, you will get something!
At present, China's reform and opening up has turned a new page, and the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States has swept the world. New difficulties, opportunities and challenges coexist. I think now our asset appraisal industry must calmly face the new situation, think about the future market, study the new fields and new ways of our service, and turn mutual competition into a joint force. We should guard against arrogance and rashness, keep in mind the hopes and demands put forward by Minister Ding, and work together with Qi Xin to promote the development of China's asset appraisal industry!
Qu Yuan, a great poet, said in Lisao: "The road is long, and I will go up and down." . This tells us that there is still a long way to go, and I will persevere and spare no effort to pursue and explore. Especially female appraisers, with such great encouragement today, we will do better! At the Women's Federation meeting yesterday, I heard Professor Yu Dan talk about Confucius' theory on women. She said that women nowadays should have the mind of a "big woman", work hard and not lag behind men, but also have the gentleness of a "little woman", care about their families and take good care of their children and family. This is a woman's position. In addition, I am very happy to see so many young people winning prizes today. The evaluation industry should constantly produce new people. The "unearthed cultural relics" in the evaluation industry like me should consider the issue of handover and bringing new people! The back waves of the Yangtze River push the front waves. May young appraisers, female appraisers and male appraisers make our contribution to the new development of asset appraisal industry!
