Hanshan Road uses those expressive techniques and combines poetry.

original text

Hanshan Island Hanshan

Cold mountain road, cold river bank. Birds are often chirping, but no one is silent.

The wind is blowing, the face is smiling, and the snow is piling up. If you don't see the sun, you don't know spring.

analyse

The use of reduplication is the characteristic of this poem.

"I don't know the sun in the morning, but I don't know the spring in the year", ending with expressing the poet's feelings. "Chao" and "sui" are both single nouns, and once they are used repeatedly, they will show a long time. What is written here is that the poet has been in the mountains for a long time and often doesn't see the sunshine, so he doesn't know the change of time series, and even can't tell the feeling of going to Qiu Lai in spring, expressing his indifferent (lonely) mood, which is naturally integrated with the description of the quiet and deep cold environment in front.

This poem uses traditional expression techniques, with scenery to render the atmosphere, with atmosphere to set off the artistic conception, and also uses reduplication in the poem. Capital letters are repeated throughout the sentence.

"Swing" has a dark sense of color, while "Rollo" has a strong sense of space. Firstly, two overlapping words are used to write a deep mountain stream. "Whispering" sounds, "silence" is silent, and couplets use overlapping words to write the tranquility in the mountains; "Xi Xi" describes the dynamics of the wind, and "One after another" describes the flying form of snow and the necktie in the cold; "Chao Chao" and "Sui Sui" seem to extend the time indefinitely, while the tail couplet has written its own dedicated approach on the basis of the first three. Wind, frost, rain, snow, spring and autumn have nothing to do with the author's mind, highlighting his persistent, detached and indifferent state of mind. The use of reduplication also strengthens poetry and has a strong emotional color.
