How to use body language when reciting Yue Fei's "Man Jiang Hong"

Angry hair rushing to the crown, leaning on the fence and drizzling. Raise your head and scream at the sky, strong and fierce. Thirty fame, dust and earth, eight thousand miles of clouds and the moon. Don't be idle, grow old together and be unhappy. (bow your head, be solemn and stirring, make a fist, and lean forward slightly when touching the bottom)

Jingkang shame, still not snow; When will courtiers hate it? (Fist clenched and stretched forward) Driving a long car, stepping on the lack of Helan Mountain. (You can reach back and clench your fist) Hungry pork, laughing and thirsty for Hun blood. (Hand stretched out again) Leave it at the beginning, clean up the old mountains and rivers, and go to the sky. (You can punch left or right with both hands)

Actually, I don't think reading aloud requires much attention to body movements. Reading aloud is not a performance, but mainly depends on the artistic conception when reading aloud. If you feel some small movements, you will naturally feel them (especially your eyes). If you care too much about body language, you will be easy to get along with and look fake when reading aloud.

The above is my personal opinion. Reading aloud has always been my strong point. I sincerely suggest that you don't care about your body movements. Eyes are more important than body movements.
