Highlights
Let us use a famous poem by Bei Dao to make a basic summary of the end of the Qin Dynasty: Despicability is the passport of the despicable, and nobility is the epitaph of the noble. Ming. In evil times, even the tears of heroes cannot penetrate the iron curtain of darkness. Fusu's death made Qin disappointed. After Mengshi, there was no famous general. Sadly, Great Qin!
The so-called master archer is one who always hits the target with all his shots and never misses his arrow. But sharp archers are also divided into grades, with the cliff as the symbol. If you are five meters away from the cliff, facing the target, you can hit the target with 100% accuracy, this is called a third-rate archer; two meters away from the cliff, facing the target, with 100% hit, this is called a second-rate archer; with both feet on the cliff , walking on flat ground, still hitting the target with every shot, this is called a first-class shooter.
On the battlefield, a third-rate archer can shoot against the strong men, a second-rate archer can shoot against the generals, and a first-rate archer can shoot against the fiercest among the generals. The marksman sent by Liu Bang came from the Loufan tribe. The order he gave to the Loufan shooter was: No matter who comes, if anyone dares to challenge, shoot him!
Reflections after reading
After reading "Those Things in the Ming Dynasty", I read "Yi Zhongtian's Appreciation of the Three Kingdoms", followed by "That Was the Han Dynasty". Generally speaking, the writing is good, but still A little disappointed. The language is not as sophisticated as that of Mingyue. The deliberate pursuit of humor sometimes backfires, and there are some foul language in it. I feel that this is a book for all types of readers, and the words should not be too casual. The characterization is not detailed either. After reading it, I understand the history, but I have no understanding of the characteristics of the characters. Of course, the author cannot describe a certain character subjectively, but he translates the characterizations in the history books like Ming Yue did back then. It would be a good idea to come over and list it in the book.
I felt very disappointed after reading it. Although I already knew that this was a so-called "popular historical book" when I bought it, I didn't expect that the author made the content popular and popular, and made fun for the sake of ridicule. . It's like the author made a pot of soup that was said to be fragrant. When you drink it, you realize that the aroma is completely blended with seasonings, and the ingredients for the soup are covered up and nowhere to be found.
Especially compared to "The History of the Resurrection" I just finished reading, I think this book can be abandoned after turning the last page.
Finally, I despise Dangdang.com’s rating of four and a half stars for this book. I barely gave it two stars.
