It is also the practice base of art education in Zhonglou District of Changzhou City.

The first phase construction of this plot mainly protects and utilizes the industrial remains of Hengyuanchang Factory and the Fifth Wool Mill. The factory has a total area of 36,388 ㎡ and a building area of 32,000 ㎡. The architectural style of the houses in the factory is very unique. From 1930s to 1980s, there were a few early houses and Japanese-style buildings, most of which were factories (especially rows of winding factories with the characteristics of textile enterprises). Mottled old walls, tall spaces and smart lines bear industrial and cultural relics, which are the source of inspiration for creative people and an ideal place to create a unique creative space.
