Beijing Poetry of the Year

I spent such a happy winter vacation that refusing to do so benefited me a lot. ...

During the winter vacation, the Spring Festival is happy. In order to understand the custom of celebrating the Spring Festival in ancient Beijing, I specially checked the relevant information. The eighth day of the twelfth lunar month, or Laba Festival, kicked off in 2008. The flavor of the year is getting stronger and stronger. There are more and more people selling couplets, New Year pictures and blessings in the street. From the 23rd of the twelfth lunar month, people began to buy new year's goods. In the past, Beijingers would kill chickens, stew meat, mix noodles and make wine, and were busy preparing for the New Year's Eve dinner.

Speaking of the 30th, people have to think of jiaozi. Do you know that?/You know what? Another nickname of jiaozi is "jiaozi", which means to eat jiaozi at the moment of alternating day and night. Because jiaozi is fat in vain, like an ingot, everyone thinks that eating jiaozi on New Year's Eve indicates making a fortune in the coming year.

On the first day of the lunar new year, adults wake up the children early, dress up beautifully, put on newly bought clothes, and then pay a New Year call to their elders, so that they can get lucky money, which is also our children's favorite and happiest thing.

The second day to the fourth day is the best time to visit temple fairs. Although there were many people at the temple fair, everyone was very happy. They strolled around all kinds of stalls, looked at all kinds of strange little things, played all kinds of programs, ate all kinds of snacks in their mouths and clicked with windmills in their hands. Very lively.

During the holiday, I also learned a craft, that is, making silk screen flowers, which is a cultural tradition in Beijing. I first spread the colorful silk screen cloth, and then wrapped the cloth around a thin wire ring to form a petal. Just like this, I made several identical petals and put them together to make a beautiful silk screen flower. I also learned from my mother to dress up five lively and lovely Fuwa with colored beads. My mother praised me for my ingenuity and looked at the fruits of my labor. I'm so happy!

In this holiday, what I am most unforgettable and proud of is that I learned nine strokes of China's calligraphy in just four days, and I can write beautifully. With the fragrance of ink, I fell in love with calligraphy, the quintessence of the Chinese nation. Similarly, I am among them.

Time flies, the holiday is not over yet, and the new semester is about to enter. I will inspire myself with the Olympic spirit and will not relax for a moment.
