What are the sides of Shevchenko?

Ukrainian thinker, poet and painter. Born into a serf family, he became a free man at the age of 24 with the help of the famous painter Bolyov, entered the Academy of Fine Arts and began to write poems. His early poems are in the form of Ukrainian folk songs, full of romance. Shevchenko, who was born as a serf, published a collection of poems "The Singer of Kobza", a long poem "Catalina" and a long lyric epic "Haidamak". He was deeply impressed by the miserable life of serfs and devoted his life to poetry creation reflecting the theme of resisting czar rule and serfdom. After graduation, he established his belief in revolutionary democracy and wrote many realistic poems, such as the political satire Dream, the long poem Caucasus, and the will, which opposed the czar's rule and called on the people to rise up and resist. Soon, he was arrested and exiled by the czar authorities. During his exile, he wrote autobiographical novels such as Musician and Artist. After his release, he wrote such highly political poems as Fate and Glory, calling for resistance to the czar's tyranny and serfdom. Shevchenko's poetry creation has a great influence on Ukrainian literature, and he is known as the founder of modern Ukrainian literature and the founder of Ukrainian language and literature.
